Rape of Girl by Illegal Mexican in Woodburn, Oregon “Antonio Ballona Contreras Illegal alien male rapes 9 year old girl

This is so common now that it was a non-event news wise. The Media avoided his legal status. He raped a Mexican girl of course,that is normal for them.
WOODBURN, Ore. — A Woodburn man ( the new way the media avoids discussing immigration status) was arrested early Monday and charged with raping a 9-year-old girl.

The victim’s mother called police to report that 19-year-old had abused the girl, according to Woodburn detectives.
He was charged with rape and sex abuse.

The victim was taken to the hospital, then returned to her family, police said.

This guy goes through that in a month.” As the mothers of the victims choked back tears in the third row of Judge Ronald Stone’s courtroom Wednesday, prosecutors said they were working with corrections officials and Mercado’s attorney, Janmarie Dielschneider of McMinnville, on a way to get the defendant close to the clinic while still keeping him secure. That would cut the expense some. Officials are talking with the Salem-based Stepping Out Ministries, which houses offenders working their way back into the community following incarceration. No juveniles are allowed on the site. Spokesman Steve Silver said the facility controls 12,500 square feet of space in a former nursing home. Staff is on site 24 hours a day, although the doors are not locked. Yamhill County Community Corrections Director Richard Sly said officials were considering “rigorous guidelines” under which Mercado could live there, which would include wearing a security bracelet and GPS monitoring. That wouldn’t solve the medical issue, but it would go a long way toward solving the transportation issue. Crabtree said officials are considering a number of options, but they don’t include any outright release. Today, Crabtree said, Mercado is scheduled to undergo his fourth treatment on the county tab. He’s due back Saturday, then Tuesday. “Any time somebody goes to jail, they lose their insurance, and I’m on the hook for their medical bills,” Crabtree said. Mercado was in Yamhill County Circuit Court on Wednesday, accompanied by an entourage of officials grappling with an unusual and expensive problem. The 31-year-old McMinnville resident is charged with four counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of first-degree sexual abuse in a case allegedly involving three boys under the age of 10. He is an illegal alien from mexico.

Nigeria’s polio cases skyrocket

The number of new polio infections in Nigeria has soared by more than 240% this year as a large number of children in the north have not been fully immunised, a World Health Organisation official said on Friday.
In the first seven months of the year, health officials reported 555 new polio cases in Africa’s most populous country, up from 163 during the same period last year.
Nigeria, which has struggled to contain the contagious, crippling disease since some northern states imposed a year-long vaccine ban in mid-2003, accounts for more than 50% of global new polio cases, officials said.
WHO’s health promotion officer in Nigeria, Ola Soyinka, said the resurgence was triggered because many children missed several rounds of immunisation towards the end of 2007.
“There are large numbers of children in some northern states who have unfortunately been missed repeatedly during immunisation rounds,” Soyinka told Reuters.
“Clearly, they form a susceptible population which is where the outbreak is now occurring.”
Children need multiple doses of the oral vaccine to develop full immunity to the incurable disease.
The rising incidence of the disease has prompted the government to set up a presidential task force and steering committee to give the national immunisation effort a boost.
“With the renewed vigour, we are optimistic that the disease will be eradicated in Nigeria very soon. We have the tools and the strategies. What is needed is just that extra push,” Soyinka said.
He declined to give a timeframe for polio eradication in Nigeria, which missed several deadlines in the past.
Only four countries – Nigeria, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan – remain endemic for the disease that spreads through poor hygiene, with its biggest reservoir in Nigeria.
Pressure has mounted on Nigeria, the epicenter of polio in Africa, to boost immunisation since May when neighbouring Benin reported its first polio infection in four years. The virus had first spread to Nigeria’s northern neighbours Niger and Chad, WHO said.
Polio, which can cause permanent paralysis in children, can be prevented with the use of vaccines that have eliminated the virus as a public health threat in most of the world.
The global polio eradication initiative, run by the WHO, UNICEF, Rotary International and the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, has spent $6 billion (NZD$8.5 billion) to fight the virus in the remaining affected countries.
One setback was the temporary suspension of immunisation in Nigeria, when local leaders in the mainly Muslim north told parents in 2003 that the vaccine could endanger their children.

I walked out, left the food there, because I figured they would trace my check and harass me if I bought anything. The good news is Tillamook cheese was on sale at Lambs Thrift way and I saved $ 4.00.

       usually the Oregonian writes about how diversity has come to Hillsboro. These Mexicans are either anchor babies of illegal aliens or illegal themselves.  This is not the Oregon that I accept or grew up with, this is the garbage that has migrated here from south of the border.

Three Mexican Liberty High students arrested in Hillsboro gang shooting

HILLSBORO — Three students at Liberty High School have been charged in an October gang shooting.

Miguel Reyes Gonzales and Ezequiel Santos Gomez, both 16, and Carlos Peguero Villa, 17, have been charged with attempted murder and unlawful use of a weapon against another.

The three teens were arraigned last week in connection with the Oct. 11 shooting and are being held in the Washington County Jail on $250,000 bail each. Their preliminary hearings are set for Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court, at which time the charges may be amended.

All three told police they were members of the 13th Street gang, said Lt. Michael Rouches, spokesman for the Hillsboro Police Department. They were arrested after Gonzales allegedly shot Fermin Mandujano-Marin, 22, of Hillsboro.

Rouches said Gonzales had been shopping in the 1000 block of Southeast Walnut Street and was on the sidewalk a couple blocks away, making gang signs with his hands, when Mandujano-Marin drove by.

Rouches said Mandujano-Marin was a member of the rival 18th Street Tiny Winos Sureno gang. He walked up to Gonzales and asked why he was making the gang signs, Rouches said.

Gonzales allegedly responded by shooting Mandujano-Marin in the thigh with a .32 caliber semi-automatic pistol. Rouches said the slug didn’t cause serious damage because it didn’t strike bone or sever a vein or artery. Gomez and Villa are thought to have served as “lookouts,” Rouches said.

“They were looking for an 18th Street gang member to shoot or fight with,” Rouches said. “They were looking for trouble and they found it.”
