On Sunday, July 12th, 2009 at approximately 0045 a.m. wetback . Jose Ramirez-Navarro, 25, and an illegal wetback identified as Mr. Manuel A. Salmeron, 18, were involved in a fight with another group of horny broke illegal mexican males on the corner of SE 85th Avenue & SE Causey Avenue, in Happy Valley.
During this physical altercation Mr. Jose Ramirez-Navarro sustained a severe stab wound to his abdomen, and Mr. Manuel Salmeron was stabbed in the leg.
Responding Clackamas County Sheriff’s Deputies and medical personnel located Mr. Jose Ramirez-Navarro lying unconscious on the sidewalk of SE 85th Avenue. He was immediately taken by ambulance to Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital (OHSU), in Portland.
Regrettably, at approximately 3:18 a.m. Mr. Jose Ramirez-Navarro died at OHSU as a result of his sustained injuries. The deceased, Mr. Jose Ramirez-Navarro, resided on SE 67th Avenue, in Portland.
Later that morning, Mr. Manuel Salmeron walked into Kaiser Hospital seeking medical treatment for his stab wound. He was admitted as a trauma patient and transferred to Emanuel hospital by ambulance.
Mr. Manuel Salmeron was treated for his leg injury and released from Emanuel hospital. Salmeron has a residential address in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Clackamas County Sheriff’s Detectives are continuing vigorously with this ongoing murder / assault investigation.

At about 7:15 am, on Friday morning, July 10, 2009, a woman in her early 30s was attacked by two men mexicans dammit 0 short swarthy midgets who rape. The victim was walking to the bus stop located at the Clackamas Community College to catch the TriMet bus to work. She was walking from her home nearby, listening to music on headphones.

lot and did not hear the males following her because she had the headphones on. When she was in a secluded area between two buildings on the college campus, she was attacked from behind and taken to the ground by both of them.
At least one of the two males was armed with a knife, which they showed her when she was on the ground. The woman fought and screamed until the attackers gave up the fight and ran off. Several witnesses, including the TriMet driver, heard the woman scream and saw her run toward them after the attack.
Police did a dog track quickly, but were unable to catch the suspects–they had fled on foot. Police are reviewing videotape of the suspects and are going to be working with a sketch artist to come up with composite sketches of the suspects. Video is not going to be available for media at this point for investigative reasons; but will most likely be available early next week.

So how did this illegal wetback, who was making ends meet by robbing tenants and selling at pawn shops ,get the keys to so many apartments? Was he fucking the white girl in the front office? Most likely not. What he was most likely doing was getting the keys from mexicans when they moved out , since Mexicans respect our laws so much they gave him the keys.
The apartment complex owner is liable for renting to a criminal and for not changing the locks. I hope some lawyer will step up and file a civil suit. These apartments are over-priced like most of the rat heaps in Oregon and one reason the rents are so high is because they can fill them with criminal illegal aliens.

On Friday July 3rd Beaverton Police Department received a call reporting a cold burglary at 14812 SW Scholls Ferry Road. Celeste Labore said she’d had several items come up missing from her apartment within the last few months, but there were no signs of forced entry and no windows or doors had been left unlocked.Ms. Labore told police within the last few months she had been experiencing thefts from her apartment, b
ut more accurately from her bedroom. Ms. Labore said she had a roommate and thought he/she might be involved since nothing of his/hers ever came up missing. But when Ms. Labore confronted him/her any wrong doing was denied. She let the accusation go, not wanting to accuse the wrong person.When asked to explain what had been happening Ms. Labore told police everything started about three months ago. She had placed her Nano I-Pod on the night stand next to her bed and it turned up missing a few days later. On another occasion she had put a large sum of cash on top of her dresser which disappeared shortly afterwards. Then a third incident, involving missing money, happened just three weeks ago.
Unsure what was really happening, who was responsible or where to turn Ms. Labore and her boyfriend decided to set a trap. They installed a small security camera, put more cash on the dresser and waited. On Friday, July 3rd, the camera picked up an unsuspecting thief. There was clear video of a man picking the cash up, pocketing it and rummaging around seemingly looking for other valuables before leaving. The suspect turned out to be a complete stranger.
Beaverton Detectives took the video and began working on identifying the man. They found the suspect, later identified as Sergio Nabor-Tellez 39, lived in the same complex as Ms. Labore; The Country Gable Apartments 14800 SW Scholls Ferry Road, Beaverton.
Nabor-Tellez has lived there since approximately 2007, perhaps even earlier, and was using various keys he’d acquired to gain entry into other apartments. He would try each key until it randomly opened a door lock. Then he’d enter and steal valuable items.

Detectives arrested Nabor-Tellez on July 7th charging him 4 counts of Burglary I and two counts of Theft I – by Receiving; all are felony charges. Nabor-Tellez confessed to entering Ms. Labore’s apartment on four separate occasions. Detectives were also able to clear two additional outstanding burglary cases.
Throughout the investigation detectives recovered a large amount of stolen property; mostly jewelry and electronics. These items were recovered from Nabor-Tellez’s apartment as well as local pawn shops.
Due to the tenacity of the Beaverton Police Detectives and their ability to recover as much property as they did helped Ms. Labore recover a number of her own personal items, including two rings that had belonged to her deceased parents.
The Beaverton Police Department would like to return the remaining recovered stolen property to its rightful owner(s). We are asking for anyone who has not reported a theft or burglary, while living at the Country Gable Apartments within the last 2-3 years, to contact Detective Chad Opitz at 503-526-2674.

Bedolla-Medina Jaime Camaal-Balam Two Illegal Mexican Crooks busted For Fake Tri-met passes

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Portland police arrested two men illegal alien mexican criminal wetbacks accused of making fake TriMet tickets that have been presented on buses throughout the metro area.
Detective Mary Wheat said Wednesday the arrests of 29-year-old Gabriel Bedolla-Medina and 27-year-old Jaime Camaal-Balam followed a two-month investigation. She says the dollar loss to TriMet from lost fares is estimated at more than $100,000.
Police say the forged tickets are difficult to distinguish from valid ones, and TriMet riders should be careful when buying tickets from unauthorized sellers. Anyone using a forged ticket can be arrested for theft.
Both men are charged with multiple counts of forgery. More arrests are expected.

We dont need mexican migrants to pick our food, we have Legal Americans who can do the work and at less expense to our country. Woodburn and Silverton and Salem are all examples of what happens to Migrantsin Oregon; They never return to mexico, they stay and breed and join gangs and become drug dealers. They are not cheap labor ,they are the most expensive money can buy. It is yet another outrage that Americans in Oregon often live in substandard housing , with no recourse but to move, yet migrants get entire apartment complexes built just for them and they dont even have to work as farmworkers ( See washington county housing) . In the meantime where is the money for poor and working class Americans in Oregon to help them with housing>
The entire Section 8 Program is sliding into ruin because Landlords can rent to mexicans and keep their complexes substandard, whereas if they rent to Americans with section 8 coupons they have to bring their places up to code. Yet another way, mexicans cost us again and again and how they undermine our society. The growers who import them and look the other way when the male migrants rape and drive drunk.

Tax credits available for farmworker housing
Salem – Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) today announced a continuing funding opportunity for farmworker housing.
The agency’s Farmworker Housing Tax Credit program for 2009 has $2.3 million in remaining tax credits available to construct, acquire and/or rehabilitate housing for low- or very-low-income farmworkers. The credits are awarded for up to 50 percent of all eligible costs for improving or constructing the housing and can be taken over a five year period. The credits may also be sold.
Farmworker housing is housing that is occupied only by farmworkers and their immediate families. The housing may be year-round or seasonal, in-town or on-farm. The housing must be located in Oregon and remain designated for farmworker use for a minimum of 10 years.
Applications for these tax credits will be taken on a first-come, first-served through December 31, 2009. Application must be made no later than 180 days from construction start. Case #09-27731At approx. 7:00 am, this date, Salem Police Street Crimes Detectives executed a search warrant at 3369 River Rd. North in Keizer. The search warrant was the result of drug investigation where (S) Cervantes had sold cocaine.Once Detectives made entry into the residence, (S) Cervantes was found to be gone, leaving her two children, ages 8 and 12 alone. A search of the residence revealed a small amount of cocaine found in the children’s bedroom.Also in the children’s bedroom where they were contacted, were several lit candles on a shelf close to the ceiling, which had been burning throughout the night. The candles were close enough to the ceiling
that the heat was leaving black burn marks approx. 3 feet in diameter on the ceiling. Also found during the search were scales and packaging material.While Detectives were at the residence, they learned that (S) Cervantes was at work, having left about two hours prior. However, when Detectives checked for her, they learned she had gotten a phone call telling her that the police were at her residence and she then fled. Contact was made by phone with (S) Cervantes, but she refused to come home, despite leaving the children alone. Detectives located a possible address where (S) Cervantes may be at and when Officer’s from Keizer Police attempted contact, (S) Cervantes attempted to escape out the back. (S) Cervantes was taken into custody without further incident.
The children were taken into Protective Custody.
ARRESTED: Catalina Mendoza CERVANTES, H/F, 40 yrs, (dob: 07/30/68)3369 River Rd. North, Keizer.
(S) Cervantes was booked into the Marion County Jail on the following criminal charges:
Unlawful Possession of Cocaine, bail $10,000

Child Abandonment (2 cts), bail $20,000
Endangering the Welfare of a minor (2 cts), bail $10,000
Maintaining a Place Where Drugs are Used, bail $5,000
