When I was a teenage dope field and evil suburban drug dealer lurking near playgrounds selling addicting and illegal poison to our nation’s children, one of my drug dealer friends gave me some advice, “Don’t mess with pigs.” All his friends agreed and nodded their heads. “Pigs will kill you!”
Like most things in life, I

I’ve actually been arrested a few times in my life, but I’ve only spent six hours in jail until I got bailed out. I’ve also been accused of crimes a few times and dealt with hostile asshole cops pulling me over in my vehicle.

As a result of all these wonderful life-enhancing experiences, I now refer to cops as pigs and try to keep a Hoover Dam’s worth of distance between them and me whenever I can.

The first time I beat the charge in court and the second time I pled to the charge and paid a $70 fine and served 1 years pseudo-probation.

The third time was a BS citizen’s arrest resulting from an altercation I got into with a neighbor, who then placed me under citizen’s arrest, tied me to a damn pole at his home and called the cops. I let him place me under citizen’s arrest because he was way bigger than I am and, he was threatening to punch me out unless I let him arrest me. Since I’m a wuss, and I didn’t want to get my ass kicked by this much bigger guy, I let him do it. The cop was disgusted by the whole thing.

It turned out I was innocent of the charge and the cops excuse me pigs knew it, but they sided with the other guy because he was a “local”, and I was a “newcomer from the city.” The DA-scum knew he was wrong but pressed charges anyway, because DA-scum are the lowest form of rotting, stinking garbage on Earth and almost never drop charges for any reason.

This is because to DA-scum, the Law is a Game, like baseball. DA-scum want to bat 1000. That means they need to press charges and win every case that gets dumped on their slime-covered desks. They don’t care if they are right or wrong, or if the arrested are innocent or guilty. All they want is to bat 1000 and never lose a case. A DA-scum is an animal with no morals, like a rattlesnake or a White Shark.

The DA-scum pressed charges, I hired a lawyer for $1,500, and paid a $10 fine at the end for a charge I wasn’t even guilty of. The DA-scum reportedly knew that I was innocent, worse, that the crime that supposedly occurred never even happened, but DA-scum are stubborn pricks and never admit they are wrong.

I’ve also learned from one whole experience with a sentencing judge that in my opinion, judges are judge-scum. Judge-scum are almost all former DA-scum. They have evil beady eyes because they hate 25% of humanity. When you go before them, they fix you with their evil snake-eyes and look at you like you’re devilspawn. They’re basically hanging judges; they think 99% of the people who come before them are guilty, and they are not to be messed with at all. They tend to be best friends with DA-scum.

From all of my lessons with pigs, DA-scum, judge-scum and other law enforcement-scum, I have learned one thing.

Don’t mess with pigs. Better yet, don’t have anything to do with pigs. Are you having dealings with pigs lately? Why? There can’t possibly be a good reason for that. Pigs will lie, cheat, steal, arrest you on made up charges, throw your ass in jail, go to court and gleefully perjure themselves and give testimony that starts out, “Once upon a time…”, kick your ass, torture you, and even kill you.

Don’t deal with ‘em. If you’re dealing with pigs, it’s probably because they are hassling you about something. They will pull you over and say your taillight is out and write you a fix-it ticket when there is nothing wrong with your car.

They will pull you over, get in your face, act like total assholes, and try the whole time to try to get you pissed off. Why? Because as soon as you get mad, you’re probably going to start doing stupid stuff, then they will have an excuse to arrest you on some BS charge.

Pigs will always fasten the cuffs way too tight, but you should never complain that they are too tight. As soon as you do that, the pigs automatically tighten them even further. I know a few people who have permanent damage to their wrists from those too-tight cuffs.

Pigs basically want to beat up everyone they arrest. That’s part of the game. If you get arrested, super-wuss out and try to co-operate as much as possible, act like a girl, cry, whimper and revert to little boyhood.

When you’re in jail, a bunch of pigs will raid your cell and one will shout, “Grab my arm!”

Don’t fall for it; it’s a pig trick!!

If you refuse, they will threaten to kick your ass. The others will all scream, “Grab his arm! That’s an order!” If you do it, you just “assaulted an officer”, and now they get to kick your ass. Every time the pigs kick your ass, they will automatically charge you will “Assaulting an Officer.”

If the pigs are beating you up, never fight back. Just puss out, act like a girl, and try to push them away from you. That way you will get the least amount of damage. If you fight back at all, then they will super kick your ass or maybe even kill you. When they super kick your ass, you’re often left with permanent injuries of some sort.

I only got arrested a couple of times, but both times they messed with me.

A pig reached into my car, grabbed me by hair and started slamming my head into the roof of the car for no reason.

In the jail foyer, a pig grabbed me and threw me into the wall of the jail for not answering a question that I never even heard.

A piggie walked past my cell, stopped, and started dancing around like a monkey with his fists out ready to fight. He was trying to make me mad so I would do or say something stupid. As soon as you do that, a bunch of pigs will rush your cell and kick your ass. I looked at him like he was an idiot, and eventually he went away.

Once two detective-pigs hauled me into a room to question me about a crime I never did, a crime that in fact never happened. When I refused to confess to the crime, the two oinkers both leaped across the table and threatened to kick my ass unless I stopped saying I was innocent. I pussed out real quick and started whimpering. Pigs love it when you whimper, and they beat confessions out of people all the time.

Got it? Don’t mess with pigs. When pigs try to provoke you and pick a fight with you, that’s a devious plot. Don’t fall for it! Just wuss out, say “sir” a lot, cooperate, apologize, agree with every dumb thing the pigger says, and try to get away from this wild animal in a uniform.

Best of all, just don’t deal with them at all. Don’t look at them, don’t wave to them, don’t talk to them, nothing. Pigs over there, me over here, and never the twain shall meet.

I’m 51 years old and I’ve been arrested three times. I have two convictions for petty offenses, and there are a total of zero real victims in all these cases. I’ve spent six whole hours in jail and paid $80 in fines.

I’ve been breaking the law most of my adult life.

I figure I’ve done all right.

Cops are only bill assessors and collectors (fines-false charges).
If you ever ever ever get pulled over in a remote area and you do not have a witness or a cell phone you are doomed! You will be in the back of their car, a tow truck will pull up, they will talk back and forth first name basis and go through your property in what is called a search. By the time you can bail out for charges that mysteriously appeared after they pulled you over, your car is worth less than the tow charge and your property is gone. In Oregon, bail is CASH ONLY, no matter what the amount. You can use a credit card, but it has to be cash advance, which can never be rebuted.
Know why? This gives them motive to set a high bail and gives the DA motive to prosecute false charges to get that CASH bail!Look how nervous they are when they approach you. I lived in Miami up until 2004. Cops up here have nothing to be nervous about except the fact they are punks planning and commiting crimes against those they swore to protect. Most are ex-military from seek and destroy fake wars, with the mind set to kill them all, women, children, ect… Shoot them in the back to save your own ass from a simple write up attitude!

Here is the explanation and justification for saying that the federal government brings in 1.5 million new foreign workers each year (125,000 a month) to take U.S. jobs while Americans lose theirs. (This is a key number in our national TV ad campaign.)

For months, the open-borders blogosphere has insisted that NumbersUSA is telling tall tales when we talk about these numbers. Most of the commentators and open-borders politicians even claim that we have no source for our information.

So, once again, let us lay out the federal government’s own data.

All the data in this blog represent the most recent 12 months for which government data are available.

At NumbersUSA, we always go with well-sourced, mainstream numbers, even though there may be credible arguments for numbers that make our case even better. As you will see, we have been going with a rather moderate number to describe the insanity of a federal government importing foreign workers to take a dwindling number of jobs while increasing numbers of Americans lose their jobs.

NEW PERMANENT & TEMPORARY WORK PERMITS — 160,000 PER MONTH

That is the number of PERMANENT work permits given in the form of green cards to working-age immigrants over the 12-month period.

None of these people has ever gotten a green card before.

These green cards are the most insidious aspect. Every year, our federal government hands out PERMANENT access to U.S. jobs to nearly a million foreign adults through our legal immigration system. In 2008 while our economy was suffering the worst collapse since the Great Depression, our government continued to flood the occupations of beleaguered U.S. workers at this incredible pace.

Lots of people in think tanks that ought to know better have thrown ridiculous accusations at us, such as claiming that the feds can’t possibly have given 951,000 green cards to immigrant workers since the law only allows greencards to 140,000 skilled and 5,000 unskilled workers per year.

This is the kind of deception that the high-immigration people often use. Most immigrants don’t come on employment visas but through lottery, family, refugee and chain migration categories. What, these adults don’t take jobs, they just go on welfare?

In fact, all immigrants (employment-based or otherwise) enter the job market at even higher rates than American natives. And that’s a big problem when there are 951,000 of them a year during a Jobs Depression.

That is the number of new TEMPORARY work permits given to foreign workers who were getting them for the FIRST time during the most recent reported 12 months.

Many, many more foreign workers were getting work permit renewals during the 12 months, which also didn’t make any sense. But because we are moderate in the way we state our numbers, we haven’t been counting the renewals. We just count the new people getting the temporary permits.

That is the total number of separate foreign citizens who were either getting a new temporary work permit or getting a permanent green card.

Our federal government had the choice to not bring in a single one of these competing workers.

Instead, it gave out nearly 1.9 million new work permits to 1.9 million separate foreign workers.

1.5 million a year

This somewhat smaller number counts how many of the 1.9 million had not already been working in the United States.

The U.S. Office of Immigration Statistics reports that 57.9% of adult green card recipients were already working in the U.S. The feds had the choice not to give them permanent access to U.S. jobs but did, to the detriment of U.S. workers. Nonetheless, most of them are not technically “new recipients of foreign-worker visas.”

But about 100,000 to 250,000 of them were new recipients because they were working here illegally and had not previously had a work permit.

The Center for Immigration Studies prepared a very helpful chart based on the government data. Just click on the image of it for an enlarged version that you can read.

The chart shows how many new temporary workers came for 14 different temporary work visa categories.

It then shows the government’s figure of 396,265 working-age green card recipients who had not previously been living in the U.S.

And it estimates that an additional 100,000 to 250,000 of the working-age green card recipients had been in the U.S. illegally but had never previously had a work permit.

The end result is a range between 1,443,265 and 1,593,605 who were new foreign workers with the legal right to take a U.S. job.

A nice round, medium number is 1.5 million which — as the above stats and math show — is a highly-sourced, credible approximation of the magnitude of damage the federal immigration programs are doing to unemployed Americans.

125,000 a month

1.5 million divided by 12 gives you 125,000 a month.

Using the most recent 12-month statistics in every category of available government data (primarily 2008), that is how many foreign workers the feds have given first-time work visas to — EACH MONTH.

I have seen little effort to reduce this foreign-worker importation.

And I have seen considerable effort by Congress and the Administration to keep the importation as high as possible while talking about the need to increase it.

You should feel free to use the 160,000-a-month figure for the separate new green cards and new temporary work permits given. Just be sure that you know that about 35,000 a month are green cards to foreign workers who already were here on temporary permits.

NumbersUSA is using the more-conservatively-stated 125,000-a-month figure for “new foreign workers.”

Will the high-immigration think tanks and advocacy groups ever admit to these facts? Or will they continue to try to convince their constituents that our immigration policies only bring in a handful of workers?

While it’s unclear what effect, if any, this will ultimately have on Fox and Beck, it is already making advertisers skittish about hawking their wares within the most opinionated cable TV shows.

The Clorox Co., a former Beck advertiser, now says that “we do not want to be associated with inflammatory speech used by either liberal or conservative talk show hosts.” The maker of bleach and household cleaners said in a statement that it has decided not to advertise on political talk shows.

The shows present a dilemma for advertisers, who usually like a “safe” environment for their messages. The Olbermanns, Hannitys, O’Reillys, Maddows and Becks of the TV world are more likely to say something that will anger a viewer, who might take it out on sponsors.

They also host the most-watched programs on their networks.

“This is a good illustration of that conundrum,” said Rich Hallabran, spokesman for UPS Stores, which he said has temporarily halted buying ads on Fox News Channel as a whole.

Beck can bring the eyeballs. With the health care debate raising political temperatures, his show had its biggest week ever right before his vacation, averaging 2.4 million viewers each day, according to Nielsen Media Research.

He was actually on another Fox show July 28 when he referred to Obama as a racist with “a deep-seated hatred for white people.” The network immediately distanced itself from Beck’s statement, but Beck didn’t. He used his radio show the next day to explain why he believed that. He would not comment for this article, spokesman Matthew Hiltzik said.( following is the new PC brown shirt no free speech fascism that Obama promotes:

ColorofChange.org quickly targeted companies whose ads had appeared during Beck’s show, telling them what he had said and seeking a commitment to drop him. The goal is to make Beck a liability, said James Rucker, the organization’s executive director.

“They have a toxic asset,” Rucker said. “They can either clean it up or get rid of it.”

It’s not immediately clear how many of the companies actually knew they were advertising on Beck’s show. Sometimes commercial time is chosen for a specific show, but often it is bought on a rotation basis, meaning the network sprinkles the ads throughout the day on its own schedule. Sometimes ads appear by mistake; Best Buy said it bought commercial time for earlier in the day, and one of its ads unexpectedly appeared in Beck’s show.

One company, CVS Caremark, said it advertises on Fox but hadn’t said anything about Beck. Now it has told its advertising agency to inform Fox that it wanted no commercials on Beck.

“We support vigorous debate, especially around policy issues that affect millions of Americans, but we expect it to be informed, inclusive and respectful,” said spokeswoman Carolyn Castel.

Besides the unpredictability of the opinionated cable hosts, the rapid pace of today’s wired world complicates decisions on where to place ads, said Kathleen Dunleavy, a spokeswoman for Sprint. She said she was surprised at how fast the Beck issue spread across social media outlets and how quickly advertiser names were attached to it.

UPS’ Hallabran said the decision to pull commercials “should not be interpreted as we are permanently withdrawing our advertising from Fox.” He said the company wants to reach viewers with a wide spectrum of opinions.

Except for UPS Stores, there’s no evidence that any advertisers who say they don’t want to be on Beck’s show are leaving Fox. Network spokeswoman Irena Briganti said the companies have simply requested the ads be moved elsewhere and that Fox hasn’t lost any revenue.

She wouldn’t say whether Fox was benefiting from any anti-anti-Beck backlash, with companies looking to support him. Some Beck supporters have urged fans to express their displeasure at companies for abandoning their man.

Beck supporters have suggested that retaliation might have something to do with ColorofChange.org‘s campaign. One of the group’s founders, Van Jones, now works in the Obama administration and has been criticized by Beck. But Rucker said Jones has nothing to do with ColorofChange.org now and didn’t even know about the campaign before it started.

Beck’s strong ratings — even at 5 p.m. EDT he often outdraws whatever CNN and MSNBC show in prime-time — make it unlikely Beck is going anywhere even as the list of advertisers avoiding him approaches three dozen.

But it could mean advertising time becomes cheaper on his show than such a large audience would normally command. Some of his show’s advertisers last week included a male enhancement pill, a law firm looking to sue on behalf of asbestos victims, a company selling medical supplies to diabetics and a water filter company.

Rucker said ColorofChange.org has contacted about 60 companies regarding Beck, and is heartened by the response.

“It’s causing a certain conversation around Beck, which I think is important,” he said.

Hello NumbersUSA members! Some of you may have spoken with me if you’ve called our Arlington office. Communicating with members on a daily basis, I’ve heard so many of you express your frustration with your elected officials. Many of us can’t help but feel that our government has strayed from being an institution “of the People, by the People.” Our country was founded on the premise that Congressmen were supposed to represent their constituents, and it’s difficult not to become disillusioned when many of them vote in their own self interests.

Jim has shared many of the emails you have sent him with me, and it’s disheartening how many of you have told him that your Congressmen are not listening to you. It’s empowering, however, that our members continue to fight to have our voices heard! The new video, “Grassroots America”, explains the importance of taking a stand and forcing our Congressmen to listen to our opinions. Immigration experts explain how our elected officials make their decisions and how inimical their intentions are to our prosperity.

The grassroots movement is picking up speed and strength. What we value most at NumbersUSA is providing a simple way for our members in this grassroots movement to contact their Congressmen.

Hi Jim ….just wanted to write to you and thank you for all of your time and effort to get this government to listen to its constituents once and for all on the illegal aliens here…I read Mike’s story and it really struck a chord with me…as we have also been paying into the system for around 40 years….and our situation is that my 2 sons have now been out of work for around 6 months.

I am mad as hell at these so called “representatives”….the only thing they have ever represented is their pocket books by business lobby groups and getting illegal’s amnesty for new votes.

Thank you, James, for caring enough to want to fight for our cause. We need to remind our representatives that they are supposed to represent our interests. We’re thrilled that our organization provides the opportunity for our members to participate in their government.

Liz and Bryan, you’re exactly right. Our politicians need to remember that they work for us, and we will remember their actions when election time comes. They must be reminded of what makes America great, and restore our government “of the people, by the people, and for the people.

NumbersUSA Members Respond to Pres. Obama’s “Demagogue” Comment

Earlier this month, Pres. Obama took a shot at the opponents of Amnesty by labeling them as demagogues. Roy responded by requesting a meeting with the President, and NumbersUSA members responded with their own thoughts as well.

Roy posted a blog last Thursday, “Mr. President, We Are Not Demagogues — Please Talk With Us,” responding to Pres. Obama’s comment. We’ve been allowing members to post responses to our blogs for more than a year now, and few blogs have generated the kind of member response as Roy’s blog last week.

Most responses expressed anger, and several came from political opponents of Pres. Obama. But many of NumbersUSA’s members who supported the President in last fall’s election expressed their frustration over his stance on immigration.

As a Democrat, we, the American Working Class citizens are depending upon you for better wages and health benefits. That will not be possible if we continue to allow illegal [aliens] to come in and set our wage rate because we are forced to compete with them for jobs. For the sake of the working class people, please do not give citizenship to those people who entered our country illegally and stop allowing people to enter illegally. Please uphold the laws of our land – the laws created by its people…

I voted for Obama, but totally disagree with his stand on “immigration.” Frankly, it’s hard for me to even refer to people who knowingly break our laws to get into this country “immigrants.” … Where is the justice in giving people citizenship who broke into our country when there are thousands of people from other countries who are then excluded because they can’t “sneak” across an ocean? Where is the fairness to our legal citizens who need one of those 12-20 million jobs? President Obama, Senators Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi may try to intimidate others of a different opinion from speaking out by calling them demagogues or racists, but it won’t work. I know I’m not a racist (for heaven’s sake, my in-laws are Hispanic and they feel the same as I about this issue!). No, I’m a citizen who loves this country and believes in the rule of law.

These remarks by President Obama were outrageous. I think this is the first time that a US president has gone abroad and bashed millions of his own countrymen in a foreign country. What exactly is demagogic about not wanting to reward millions of foreign criminals with amnesty and citizenship for breaking American laws?

Pres. Obama made the derogatory comment about opponents of Amnesty during a trip to Mexico. He also offered a timeline for an Amnesty bill with legislation to be drafted this fall and a debate to begin after the first of the year. Senate Immigration Subcommittee Chair Chuck Schumer has said that he plans to unveil an outline, if not proposed legislation, shortly after Labor Day. Both Schumer and Obama have stated that increased enforcement would be a centerpiece of immigration reform, but it would also include Amnesty for the nation’s 12-20 million illegal aliens.

Some NumbersUSA members offered their analysis of the President’s comment.

It seems that the Obama team has taken a page right out of the Karl Rove playbook: If you cannot logically debate those who disagree with you, denigrate and dismiss them as “fill in the blank”. Bush and Cheney labeled opponents of the Iraq war “un-patriotic” and un-American. And so now we’re labeled as “demagogues”.

He made many promises while campaigning for President. One of them was promising the illegal aliens, mostly coming from and through our southern border, that he was the one to bring amnesty to them.
