Salem Police Arrest Mexican Ruiz Mortgage Broker for Fraud

Following a two month long investigation by the Salem Police Department, The Oregon Department of Justice, and the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services;Mexican Julian Ruiz, 38 years of age, of Keizer, was arrested about 9:00 this morning by Salem Police Department detectives at River Rd. and Brooklake Rd. NE.
Mexican National Ruiz had been a mortgage loan originator at America One Finance, which has since gone out of business. In 2006, he is alleged to have financed a home in the 900 block of Camelot Dr S for $376,000 using the stolen personal information of a customer. That residence fell into foreclosure in 2007.
In 2008,Mexican Ruiz again allegedly stole another customer’s personal information to finance a home in the 3700 block of Illahe Hill Rd S for $417,000. This home has also since fallen into foreclosure.
Mexican Ruiz was lodged at the Marion County Correctional Facility charged with Mortgage Fraud, Aggravated Identity Theft, Aggravated Theft I by Deception, Forgery I, and Issuing a False Financial Statement.

Ps – gosh this is off topic but just had to note the African Mulatto features of Ruiz. Many many people don’t know that there were a million african slaves who had sex with the Mexicans and so many are mulatto. Perhaps he should read what Thomas Paine, the man who really created the ( failed) democracy called the United States had to say on how to treat one’s enemies.
and yes illegal aliens from Mexico ( mostly but many other countries also) caused the foreclosure crisis. with their fake ids and not keeping up mortgages. Since my own family has been hit hard at every generational level, I will write about it.

I don’t know what significance (or interest) there is to his possibly having African genes.
But I do care deeply that this man has taken advantage of innocent people by stealing their identities to faciliate buying houses illegally for illegal aliens.
I hope he gets to spend a long time in the “big house.”
