RICHMOND, Calif.—A sixth suspect has been charged in the gang rape of 16-year-old girl outside Richmond High School’s homecoming dance. That makes 4 wetbacks as we like to say at AP.
Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan says 21-year-old Elvis Torrentes was charged Thursday with rape by a foreign object of a person unable to resist due to intoxication, rape by a foreign object while acting in concert and rape while acting in concert.
Police say Torrentes was one of as many as 10 people who participated in the Oct. 24 attack on the girl in a dimly lit courtyard on campus. The victim was found naked and semi-conscious after the nearly two-hour assault.
Investigators believe as many as 20 people may have watched the rape without calling police.
Contra Costa County prosecutors have filed rape charges against five others, ranging in age from 15 to 21.

Samantha Haupt returned home last night at about 11:00 PM uninjured. The two suspects are still being sought for their involvement in the assault of Samantha’s friend. The matter remains under investigation.

State Police Sgt. Steve Jones said Thursday that his department received a call from Dobbs’ wife, who heard a shot and said a bullet hit her house. Jones said she had been outside her house with “an employee who worked with Dobbs” at 10:25 a.m. October 5.
There were no injuries in the incident, which occurred in a small community in northern New Jersey.
Jones said a bullet struck the section of the house where the attic is but didn’t penetrate the dwelling. He said the bullet fell to the ground and was recovered. Dobbs’ wife saw damage to the siding, Jones said.
“The bullet was taken by our detectives and turned over to our ballistics unit for further analysis,” Jones said. “At this point, all I can say is that it appears to be a long gun, not a handgun or shotgun.”
Dobbs has declined comment because the police investigation is ongoing, his representative said.
Dobbs, who has been a vocal critic of illegal immigration, is the anchor and managing editor of CNN’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight.” He mentioned the incident on his radio show Monday, saying it comes amid an “atmosphere” of hostility from groups toward his stance on illegal immigration.
On the radio show, aired by United Stations Radio Networks, Dobbs said that “a shot was fired at my house where I live” and that it followed “weeks and weeks of threatening phone calls.”
He said the hostility has “become part of a way of life, the anger, the hate, the vitriol, but it’s taken a different tone where they threaten my wife.”
“They’ve now fired a shot at my house while my wife was standing next to the car. It’s become something else, and if anybody thinks that we’re not engaged in a battle for the soul of this country right now, you’re sorely mistaken.”
Police aren’t saying for now that the shot was fired at the house but only, as Jones said, that it struck the house. A stray shot from a long gun would not be a “totally uncommon occurrence because of the hunters and target shooters” in the region, Jones said.
Jones couldn’t give his opinion on what kind of shooting this might be, and he said the incident is being investigated “further past a stray hunter’s bullet” because of Dobbs’ “public persona.” Police have conducted interviews and patrolled the area, Jones said.
When asked whether police would refer the case to federal authorities if it turned out to be an attack, Jones said, “state police work regularly with other officers at local, county and federal levels and draw on any of resources when appropriate.”
“The case remains open,” he said. “We want to take any incident like this seriously.”

On October 28, 2009 at approximately 2:22 am Gresham Residents began to report vandalism to their vehicles. The reports began in the Rockwood area on SE Yamhill between SE 182nd and SE 188th. So far 6 reports have been made regarding vehicles parked on the road with smashed out rear windows. One witness in this area describes the suspect vehicle as a white Honda Accord with one headlight light out and 3 occupants inside.
At approximately 3:51 am Police responded to yet another report of vandalism to a vehicle in the area of Red Sunset Park, 2400 NE Red Sunset Drive. Upon arrival Officers observed nearly 20 vehicles parked in the road with their back windows smashed out. One victim reported seeing a small white sedan, possibly a Honda or a Nissan, occupied by 3 teenagers traveling Westbound through the area. The occupants were using a baseball bat to damage vehicles as they drove through the neighborhood. Anyone with any information is encouraged to call the Gresham Police. Additionally anyone with damaged property is encouraged to make a report as soon as possible.

Rather than call for help, some of the students took pictures, police told ABC’s San Francisco affiliate KGO. KGO reported today that police have arrested two suspected rapists but believe that between four and seven people could have participated while as many as a dozen stood and watched. West Contra Costa Unified School District spokesman Marin Trujillo ( he is an immigrant mexican with a heavy accent and so far this is looking like a Mexican Gang bang- I bet the victim is black) told ABCNews.com that there were four police officers, five chaperones and a host of teachers to supervise the dance, and that when the event was over a sweep was made of the campus to make sure everyone had gone home. Clackamas County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived with the juvenile victim as medical assistance arrived on the scene at this Monterey Springs Apartment. The victim was immediately transported from the residence, conscious and breathing, to a local Portland area hospital.
A Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office investigator followed the ambulance to the hospital, and was expected to continue at the earliest opportunity to interview with this wounded victim.
Clackamas County Sheriff’s Deputies cordoned off the immediate area of the crime scene and continue to canvas the neighborhood for potential witnesses and evidence.
A Lake Oswego Police Department canine and handler was summoned to the crime scene to participate in a potential track of the fleeing suspect. This suspect was believed to have run north from the scene of the shooting on SE 85th, just north of SE Monterey. This suspect is believed to have then moved rapidly behind several business complexes westbound from SE 85th in the direction of SE 82nd Avenue.
Some early and unconfirmed reports suggest the suspect may have boarded a bus from the area of SE 82nd and Causey; which generated a strong police presence and activity with a northbound Tri-Met bus that was stopped by Deputies and Oregon State Police, near SE 82nd and SE Flavel. This stop did not result in any suspect arrests.
The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is conducting this ongoing investigation and has multiple members of their Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit on the scene directing this criminal investigation. It is anticipated Sheriff’s Office personnel will remain in the area conducting this investigation and will maintain a strong police presence for a considerable amount of time.
This incident has been referred to by investigators as a potential ‘gang related’ shooting incident.
The suspect is described at this time as a:

• Male
• Adult
• 5’08″
• Thin build
• Dark colored mustache.
• Wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
This shooting suspect was wetback armed with a handgun, and should be considered armed and dangerous but of course we cant deport him, because that would be racist.

He obtained a bank teller position at a local bank, and began pilfering funds from a deceased bank client. He was caught and used his anchor baby and family values, to convince the immigration judge he should be allowed to stay and guess what ! it worked!
Former Caregiver Arrested For Forgery and Theft From Elderly Client

Salem Police arrested a illegal alien from mexico Salem woman on multiple charges stemming from the theft and forgery of a check and identity theft from an elderly client for whom she was providing care.
The investigation began on September 3rd, when a relative of the elderly victim made a report to the Salem Police Department that one of her (the elderly victim’s) checks had been stolen from her property while staying at a care facility. The check was stolen sometime during the summer and had since been forged, and there had also been unauthorized charges against the victim’s bank account via checks that had been ordered illegally.
The victim also had credit cards in her belongings while at the facility, one of them belonging to her deceased husband. Although the credit cards were not physically taken, several charges were made on both charge card accounts totaling over $1,400.00.
Salem Police Lt Shawn Adams reviewed the initial report that was filed and spent several weeks diligently obtaining bank records and conducting follow up investigation into the case. As a result, a search warrant was served on the residence of the suspect on the morning of October 22nd in Salem. Upon serving the search warrant, officers encountered the suspect’s three children, all under the age of seven,( a real mexican breeder with three anchor brats) at the residence. The residence was in such condition that it was determined to be not safe for the children to remain there, and all three were taken into protective custody and released to the Department of Human Services.
Based on information and evidence collected in this case, it was determined that the suspect also opened a bank account in the name of her six-year old daughter using the personal information of the victim, then wrote several overdraft checks on that account. The total loss to the original victim was over $2,100.00 in thefts through on-line purchases and over $2,000.00 in forged checks.
The suspect, 24-year old Ana Gonzalez-Vargas, had been a caregiver to the victim at the care facility. She was taken into custody and charged with twelve counts of Identity Theft, nine counts of Computer Crime, Theft In The First Degree, Forgery In The First Degree, three counts of Criminal Mistreatment (based on the living conditions under which her children were living) and Endangering the Welfare of Minor. It was also learned that the suspect was in the process of gaining employment at a different care facility that also provides care for the elderly.

On 10-17-09, at 6:52 am the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle crash at 5995 Hazelgreen Road NE. Deputies made contact with the driver of a 2000 Dodge Ram pickup, Mark Zank (31) of Silverton. He said he had been driving west-bound on Hazelgreen when he observed a blue Honda Prelude (1985) traveling east-bound toward him. He saw the vehicle swerve slightly into the east-bound lane as it came around the corner and then went back into its own lane. He said the vehicle appeared to be under control but then crossed the yellow line and struck the front of his vehicle. Zank was transported to the Silverton Hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Honda Prelude, Reynaldo Velazquez-Celestino (40) of Salem, was deceased at the scene and had to be extricated from the vehicle. The cause of the crash is still under investigation at this time.
