MEXICANS !!!!!!!This is a HUGE issue in my apartment complex… There’s a few familys in my complex that let their young children run around the parking lot (Most don’t speak english, so when you complain to them they just stare at you.). About 5 years ago, A 3 year old was actually hit by a pickup in my apartments because he ran out from between two parked cars and was hit by the truck. He was pinned under the vehicle, but only got broken bones if my memory serves me right.
It’s really fucked up when I have to stop 90 times while driving through my small parking lot because small children and cats don’t seem to have a clue that they should move out of the roadway when cars are coming. :2angry:

The parking lot is a wetback stronghold and mexican candles are placed where the anchor brat died. Clearly all of them belong in Mexico where they can drive drunk breed and run each other over at their leisure.Turns out the Mexican Juan knew he killed Ericka but he was illegal or undocumented so he ran to save his ass and those are Mexican Values in a nutshell.

SALEM POLICE DEPARTMENT2 year old struck and killed while walking in parking lot.On November 24th at 5:52 PM, the Salem Police Department and Salem Fire Department were dispatched to 3876 Sunnyview Rd NE regarding a child that was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of the Stoneridge Apartments. The child, 2 year old Erika Rubi Meza was struck by a pickup truck that left the scene after the incident. Due to her injuries, Erika Meza died at the scene.
A subsequent investigation showed Erika and her sister were walking through the parking lot of the apartment complex when a white Ford four door pickup truck struck Erika. The truck continued through the parking lot and left the scene on Sunnyview Rd NE.
The Salem Police Traffic Unit was called in to conduct the crash investigation and remained on scene until 11:00 pm. Later in the evening at 11:40 pm, the Salem Police Department received information advising the truck involved in the accident was located in the 2100 block of Maple Avenue NE in Salem. Officers responded to the scene and ultimately arrested Juan Lopez-Perez for Felony Hit and Run. Lopez-Perez is 31 years old and a illegal alien from MexicoSalem resident. Lopez-Perez was lodged in the Marion County Jail and is set for arraignment at 1 p.m. today. This incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Salem Police Department Traffic Unit at 503-588-6171. Further information will be released by the Marion County District Attorney’s Office.

Report: 10 states face looming budget disasters
By JUDY LIN (AP) – 11 hours agoSACRAMENTO, Calif. — In Arizona, the budget has grown so gloomy that lawmakers are considering mortgaging Capitol buildings. In Michigan, state officials dealing with the nation’s highest unemployment rate are slashing spending on schools and health care.
Drastic financial remedies are no longer limited to California, where a historic budget crisis earlier this year grew so bad that state agencies issued IOUs to pay bills.A study released Wednesday warned that at least nine other big states are also barreling toward economic disaster, raising the likelihood of higher taxes, more government layoffs and deep cuts in services.
The report by the Pew Center on the States found that Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island and Wisconsin are also at grave risk, although Wisconsin officials disputed the findings. Double-digit budget gaps, rising unemployment, high foreclosure rates and built-in budget constraints are the key reasons. 
“While California often takes the spotlight, other states are facing hardships just as daunting,” said Susan Urahn, managing director of the Washington, D.C.-based center. “Decisions these states make as they try to navigate the recession will play a role in how quickly the entire nation recovers.”
The analysis, “Beyond California: States in Fiscal Peril,” urged lawmakers and governors in those states to take quick action to head off a wider catastrophe. The 10 states account for more than one-third of the nation’s population and economic output, according to the report.
Historically, states have their worst tax revenue year soon after a national recession ends. At the same time, higher joblessness and underemployment mean more people need government-sponsored health care and social safety-net programs, further taxing state services.
California leads the most vulnerable states identified by the report, which describes it as having poor money-management practices. Since February, California has made nearly $60 billion in budget adjustments in the form of cuts to education and social service programs, temporary tax hikes, one-time gimmicks and stimulus spending, according to the Legislative Analyst’s Office.
Many of those fixes are not expected to last. The state’s temporary tax increases will begin to expire at the end of 2010, while federal stimulus spending will begin to run out a year after that.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger estimates California will run a deficit of $12.4 billion to $14.4 billion when he releases his next spending plan in January. The governor warned that the toughest cuts are ahead.
“I think that we are not out of the woods yet,” Schwarzenegger said this week.
At the same time, the Legislature is hamstrung by requirements that budget bills and tax increases be passed with a two-thirds majority, a mandate that the report labeled “a recipe for gridlock.”
The Pew report was based on data available as of July 31 and scored all 50 states based on revenue changes, unemployment, foreclosures and budget requirements. It also gave them grades. California and Rhode Island scored worst with D-pluses, then New Jersey and Illinois with C-minuses.
In reviewing why some states are suffering more than others, Pew found that the 10 states tend to rely heavily on one type of industry, have a history of persistent budget shortfalls or face legal constraints making it extra difficult to implement major changes, such as tax increases.
Many require a supermajority vote for passing tax increases or budget bills.
Wisconsin officials issued a statement late Wednesday saying the Pew report was inaccurate. Wisconsin Department of Administration Secretary Michael Morgan said the state has balanced its budget by cutting spending and raising revenue. It projects a $270 million budget surplus for the period ending July 1, 2011, Morgan said in his statement.
Several state legislatures have been unable to enact long-term fixes. Instead, they asked voters or governors to make the call, or used accounting gimmicks to put off the hard choices until later.
For example:
_ Arizona lawmakers relied on one-time fixes to balance recent budgets as the state’s home foreclosure rate surpassed California’s and the nationwide average. Among the many ideas being explored by the state are a plan to mortgage state buildings, then rent the property until the state regains ownership at the end of the contract.
_ Michigan, where two of the Detroit Three automakers filed for bankruptcy protection this year, continues to offer tax incentives even as they take a toll on the state’s pocketbook, leading to declining tax revenue. According to the Pew study, Michigan offered $6.3 billion more in total tax exemptions, credits and deductions than it actually collected in taxes in 2008.
_ Illinois, which has run deficits every year since 2001, is facing an $11.7 billion budget gap for its next fiscal year, beginning in July, according to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. Pew’s Government Performance Project ranked Illinois behind only California and Rhode Island for its lack of fiscal management on paying medical bills and pension liabilities.
_ With Florida facing a shrinking population for the first time since World War II, Republican Gov. Charlie Crist and the GOP-controlled Legislature balanced a $5.9 billion shortfall with cuts, federal stimulus money and tax hikes, including a $1-a-pack tax increase on cigarettes. But the future remains uncertain.
“Florida continues to face the same challenges as last year, including a very austere budgetary environment,” said Rep. David Rivera, a Miami Republican who chairs both of the Florida House’s two appropriations councils.

Sixteen year old Gustavo Joaquin Chavez-Ramos was arraigned today in Marion County Circuit Court on a District Attorney’s information charging him with: Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree. The first two counts are Ballot Measure 11 charges. Chavez-Ramos was arrested on June 5, 2009, and is being charged as an adult. He was transported to the Marion County Jail.
These charges are a result of a confrontation the defendant and three other suspects had with the victim, Rosendo Garcia, Jr. The incident occurred on June 3, 2009, at about 6:22 pm in the 2200 block of Chemeketa St NE. Garcia, Jr., the victim, sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the assault. Garcia remains at Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital. The other three suspects have yet to be arrested.
Anybody with additional information on this case is asked to call the Salem Police Department detectives section at 503-588-6050.

At around noon today, Salem Police Detectives arrested a 16 year old Keizer resident in connection with an assault which occurred last Wednesday just before 6:30 PM in the 2200 blk of Chemeketa St NE. Rosendo Garcia Jr., 19 years of age, suffered massive injuries when he was assaulted by several Hispanic males, mexican anchor babies or illegal aliens at least one of which was armed with a baseball bat. The other males are all described as being approximately 16 to 20 years of age, approximately 5’10″, 170. Garcia remains hospitalized in OHSU in Portland.The 16 year old suspect has been charged with Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree.. He is being lodged in the Marion County Juvenile Detention Facility.
The matter remains under investigation and detectives would like to talk with everyone who was present. Anyone with information regarding the subjects who fled the scene are asked to call the Salem Police Department at (503)588-6123.

Search Warrant in Benton County results in Arrest
Benton Co. Sheriff’s Office – 03/13/09
On March 13, 2009, deputies from Benton County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 27941 Eureka Road, Corvallis Oregon. The residence is located in south Benton County off Hwy 99. The search warrant was written to look for stolen property.
Deputies entered the area at approximately 6:30 a.m. utilizing the Linn County Regional SWAT team. Corvallis Police Department detectives also assisted in the search. Numerous items of suspected stolen items were seized, including a stolen motorcycle, car parts and electronic equipment. Illegal drugs were also located at the residence.

WOODBURN, Ore. – A man A drunk stoned Mexican Illegal or mexican anchor baby who struck and killed a toddler( mexican anchor baby) in ( all Mexican ) Woodburn and then drove off reportedly stopped first and got out of the car, and even made a phone call before leaving the scene, according to an eyewitness.
Two-year-old ( mexican Anchor baby) Gabriel Rosas-Vargas was killed Monday afternoon after running into a Woodburn street and being struck by a pickup. Later that night, police arrested 23-year-old Victor Garcia Hernandez. Hernandez was arraigned Tuesday on charges including DUI and hit-and-run. They said additional, more serious charges were likely.

In a probable cause statement obtained by KGW, a woman claimed she saw Hernandez hit the child.
Lisa Itel told the court she observed the toddler as he was struck by the pickup truck. Hernandez got out of his vehicle and approached the toddler, who was lying in the street, Itel said.
Hernandez “stood there for a while, talked on his cell phone and then got in his car and left the area,” Itel said.
The witness statement contradicted claims by Hernandez that he did not know he’d hit the child.
The toddler was with his family at a store near the intersection of Front and Harrison streets around 4 p.m. Monday when he ran into the street and was hit by a white GMC truck, which drove away from the scene after the impact, according to police reports.
The Mexican anchor baby died at the scene.
Prosecutors say Hernandez was under the influence of cocaine and marijuana at the time of the incident, and that Hernandez had used cocaine on Sunday night. They also said he had been stopped twice before for driving under the influence of illicit substances. He was charged with DUI on New Year’s Day 2006, when he was 21, but was released after a 2008 traffic stop. No charges were filed after the second stop.
The defendant’s license was suspended after the 2006 arrest and then reinstated May 1 of that year. He entered a guilty plea and also completed a year-long diversion program that included alcohol treatment.
Hernandez was being held on a $500,000 bail.
Hernandez’s truck was later found on Highway 99E near Industrial Avenue in Hubbard.
