Two Mexican-Hispanic Males Shoot White American Jacob Way,Mcminnville Oregon Crime victims of illegal aliens

19 year old Legal White American Non-Hispanic Male shot in altercation in McMinnville
McMinnville Police Dept. – 10/01/09

It is extremely easy to get into a fight with mexicans because they are violent, nasty and provoking to just about anyone.

By the way, if it turns out they are anchor babies it just proves my theory that all anchor babies of Latin origin are trash and turn to crime, If they are illegal alien mexicans, it just proves my theory that the wine growers are criminals for importing Mexicans  and turning them loose on the population. And of course, you get to pay for the police investigation and the hospital bill, while La Raza will call you racist for complaining.

Ingmar Guandique, 27, Salvadoran illegal alien criminal and murderer, warrants for his arrest of Chandra Levy’s murder

Ingmar Guandique, 27,  Salvadoran illegal alien, warrants for arrest of  Chandra Levy’s murder

The official said Washington, D.C., authorities submitted evidence to the U.S. Attorney’s Office to obtain an arrest warrant for Ingmar Guandique, who will be served papers in California and likely will be flown to Washington to hear the charges against him.

ingmarIrony? Harry Reid has filed another Amnesty bill for Illegals just like the one that murdered Levy. Obama has promised them Amnesty, last week the stimulus bill allowed for 3 million more jobs for males just like Ingmar. Just another illegal alien doing what comes naturally whle the feds completely ignored him as a lead, just like 9-11 was the fault of our government that remains pro-illegal no matter what crimes are committed. Did they drop this case because Congress and the President are so pro-illegal?

Investigators also interviewed Ingmar Guandique, 27, a Salvadoran illegal alien  who has denied any involvement in Levy’s disappearance and killing.
Guandique was convicted of attacking two women in Rock Creek Park shortly after Levy disappeared and is serving 10 years at a federal prison in California

Michael Doyle of the Modesto Bee describes what happenedA woman in the red-brick apartment building next to
his, close to Rock Creek Park, had come upon him
Chandra Levyhiding in the corner of her bedroom.

“She started to scream,” the police report stated,
“which caused (him) to flee out the front door.”

Police who subsequently searched Guandique found him
with one large screwdriver, two small screwdrivers
and a gold ring that belonged to his neighbor. They
found that the woman’s deadbolt had been
“destroyed,” and they charged Gaundique with
attempted burglary and released him. [1]

Guandique was a Salvadoran, and friends and family say that he came to America illegally a year and half earlier. Illegal or not, he was arrested, charged with attempted burglary, and released from custody. Is there any reason to think he would behave differently and could now be trusted among us? No, there is not. It is only asking for trouble, and trouble we got.

A week later, May 14, with only the first glimmer of a report of Chandra’s disappearance having made it to print, an obviously unchastened Guandique was hanging out near the Broad Branch and Beach intersection. Matthew Cella and Jim Keary of the Washington Times report:

[About] 6:30 p.m. Halle R. Shilling, 30, was jogging
at the Pierce Mill Road parking lot. She was running
north on Beach Drive when she saw Guandeque sitting
on the curb on the west side of the Broad Branch
parking lot.

He began running after her, then caught her. He
pulled a knife on her after grabbing her around the
neck. She screamed, pushed his face with her hand
and fled. [2]

Niles Lathem of the New York Post added this:

She said Guandeque bit her when she tried to push
him away and he fled. [3]

The Washington Post and Modesto Bee quoted a victim impact statement she wrote a year later:

“I began screaming as loud as I could,” wrote the
first victim, 30, who had taken a self-defense
course. “We continued to wrestle. He shushed me. I
continued to scream, knowing that the cars driving
by on Beach Drive . . . well hidden from view by the
trees, were drowning out my voice. . .‚. I do not
doubt for a minute that he purposefully stalked me
as a hunter tracks his prey.” [4]

“I know, in my gut, that given a chance he would not
hesitate to repeat his crime on some other woman,
and it scares me to think what would happen if she
was not prepared with some sort of self-defense.”

At 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, Shilling was larger
than Guandique. She fought back and,
“inexplicably,” she said, he ran away. [5]

And he did strike again. Matthew Cella and Jim Keary of the Washington Times describe it:

Christy C. Wiegand was similarly assaulted by
Guandeque on July 1 about 7:30 p.m., court records
showed. She was jogging on Beach Drive when she saw
Guandeque standing beside the trail. He began to run
after her and grabbed her from behind. He then
pulled her off the trail.

He took out a knife as he held Miss Wiegand, a 26-
year-old lawyer originally from Pittsburgh, by the
chin and covered her mouth because she was
screaming. She freed herself when she felt him lose
his grip. [6]

Helen Kennedy of the New York Daily News adds:

In the second attack, he came up behind the victim
as she reached the crest of a hill. He grabbed her
and they fought, rolling down the hill into a
ravine, where he held a knife to her throat before
she ran away.

“I was terrorized by the knowledge that my life
might end in a ravine in Rock Creek Park,” the woman
testified. [7]

Sari Horwitz and Allan Lengel of the Washington Post quoted her court statement:

According to court records, including written
statements from Guandique’s victims, the park
assaults were remarkably similar. He went to Rock
Creek Park, fell in behind the women as they were
jogging in isolated sections of the park, jumped
them and pulled them to the ground. In both attacks,
he brandished a knife.

In the second attack, Guandique pulled the woman off
the trail.

“When my attacker dragged me into the ravine,
holding a knife against my throat and covering my
mouth, I thought and still think today that he was
going to rape me or try to kill me,” the woman, 26,
wrote. “I feared for my life…

Her assailant “was extremely strong, and with his
hand cutting off my air and the knife at my throat I
didn’t feel I could struggle for very long. He was a
bold and practiced attacker . . . [who] waited until
he thought I was fatigued from jogging up a hill and
purposely selected a secluded spot right next to a
deep ravine.”

As in the first attack, the woman was able to break
away and flee. Cut and bruised, she flagged down a
motorist and reported the incident to the U.S. Park
Police, who arrested Guandique about 45 minutes
later at Joyce Road and 16th Street NW. She
identified him. Under questioning, he told police
about the earlier incident. [8]

Michael Doyle of the Modesto Bee adds more of her statement:

“What struck me most was that within 10 seconds, I
was off the jogging path in the woods, struggling to
scream and out of sight of any passers-by,” recalled
the woman, who at the time was a 26-year-old recent
law school graduate. “Until that day, I never
realized how quickly someone with the advantage of
surprise and a weapon can put a person in a position
of total isolation and helplessness.” [9]

This coming from a woman who was a former varsity rower and stood 5 foot 11, weighing 175 pounds. The two women escaped Guandique’s attacks, but they were both tall and strong. Chandra was in superb condition and had taken self defense training, but was much more petite than these women at 5 foot 3 and 110 pounds, just one of many good reasons not to be out in the middle of a forest to start with. These women Guandique attacked were running within sight of the heavily travelled Beach Drive.

The second attack was two weeks before the FBI would finally get back to the D.C. police with the information that Chandra had looked up a map of Rock Creek Park on her computer and the subsequent search of the park by police. According to the Washington Post:

D.C. police first spoke to Guandique about the Levy
case in the summer of 2001 after U.S. Park Police
alerted them to his arrest in the jogger assaults,
according to court records. But law enforcement
sources said they found nothing to indicate he was
involved in her disappearance, especially since, at
the time, they weren’t aware that her body was in
the park. [10]

Reports: Arrest close in Chandra Levy slaying
      – WASHINGTON – An arrest may be near in the nearly decade-old slaying of federal intern Chandra Levy, whose disappearance in 2001 ended Gary Condit’s congressional career, several television stations reported. So did this illegal Ingmar kill Chandra? No matter how much crme is committed by illegals or how close to the capital it comes( think 9-11) our insane Congress and President want to let more in.

The California Democrat was romantically linked to Levy, but was not considered a suspect in her death or disappearance. Television stations, KFSN and KCRA in California and WRC in Washington, D.C., reported that police were seeking an arrest warrant.

Levy’s parents said Friday outside their Modesto, Calif., home that police called them and told them an arrest was near.

“Your child is dead and gone and it’s painful, but we’re glad that the police and people are doing something, and investigating, and making a difference so somebody’s not on the street to do it again,” Chandra’s mother, Susan Levy, told KGO-TV in San Francisco.

The parents did not say when an arrest warrant might be issued.

The 24-year-old Levy disappeared in May 2001 and at the time, she was wearing jogging clothes when she left her apartment. Her remains were found in Rock Creek Park in Washington about a year later.

Authorities questioned the married Condit in her disappearance. He reportedly told police that he and Levy were having an affair, and while he was not considered a suspect, the negative publicity was cited as the main cause of the Condit’s re-election defeat in 2002.

Investigators also interviewed Ingmar Guandique, 27, a Salvadoran immigrant who has denied any involvement in Levy’s disappearance and killing.

Guandique was convicted of attacking two women in Rock Creek Park shortly after Levy disappeared and is serving 10 years at a federal prison in California.

D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier would not comment Saturday on the imminent arrest reports.

After Condit did not get re-elected, he sued several media outlets that had connected him to the disappearance and death of Levy. He reached an undisclosed settlement with three tabloid newspapers. On May 7, 2001, six days after Chandra disappeared, Ingmar Guandique, 19, was arrested for breaking into a neighboring apartment. His apartment building was on Somerset Place NW, about two miles up Blagden and 16th St. from the intersection of Broad Branch, Beach, and Ridge Roads where one can trek up Western Ridge horse trail to grove 18.

UPDATE! Latino ( Illegal?) Erik Salvadore Ayala kills two females shoots nine in Tom Potter’s Sanctuary City Portland Or

UPDATE! Latino ( Illegal?) Erik Salvadore Ayala kills two females shoots nine in Tom Potter’s Sanctuary City Portland Or.Still no news on whether the Latino Killer was 1) Illegal 2) illegal visa-overstay3) anchor baby in gang

In the last hour six people have done google searchs on whether Latino Erik was Illegal. Congress and Tom Potter and the Oregonian can lie, but we know the truth.

PORTLAND, Ore.  – New details have surfaced regarding the two girls killed by a rampaging gunman    hispanic male whose immigration status is being withheld who shot nine people in total as well as himself in what police believe may have been a random act of violence in downtown Portland Saturday night.

Police identified one of the deceased as 16-year-old Ashley L. Wilks, a Clackamas High School student from Happy Valley.

The other is Martha “Tika” Paz De Noboa of Arequipa, Peru, who was in the Northwest as part of an international rotary exchange program, according to Scott Bieber, the youth protection officer for the Rotary District 5100 exchange program. Her host family is reportedly from White Salmon, Wash.

Principal Malcolm Dennis of Columbia High School, where De Noboa was a Junior and had been an exchange student since November, sent a letter home to parents saying “this random act of violence cut short the life of a wonderful young lady.”

Couselors were also on hand Monday to meet with students and the school held classes according to schedule.

Both girls were part of a group of 11 exchange students who were at an under-21 nightclub called The Zone Saturday night when the gunman yet another Latino male opened fire. Wilks, the only U.S. citizen, was getting ready to leave on her exchange trip while the others were here from other countries.

Those injured in the shooting include:

Ana Zambrano Soledispa, 18 years old,  from Ecuador

Gonzalo Vasquez Orozco, 18 years old,  from Guatemala

Trista Chang, 18 years old,  from Taiwan

Susanna DeSousa, 18 years old,  from Italy

one 16 year old from France

one 16 year old from Portland

The group of students was reportedly celebrating a birthday. It was not clear if they were waiting outside the club to enter when the gunshots began about 10:30 p.m. outside the club, located near Southwest 2nd Avenue and Southwest Pine Street.

Eight of the nine people shot were on the sidewalk in front of the nightclub; that included six of the 11 in the exchange student group. A stray bullet also hit Brad Yoast, 44, the manager of the neighboring Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub.

Police on Sunday night identified the suspect as Erik Salvadore Ayala. He was listed in critical condition Sunday at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland after shooting himself in the head.

There was no indication Ayala knew any of the people shot, said Detective Mary Wheat, spokeswoman for the Portland Police Bureau. She said it does not appear the gunman had been inside either place before the shooting. Police recovered the gun used in the shooting, she said.

“At first blush, this incident appears to be a random act of violence, of the kind that makes you despair for America,” said Portland Police Chief Rosie Sizer, who described the shooting as “unprecedented” in the city.

One of the shooting victims who survived was in critical condition Sunday; two others were treated and released.

The rest were hospitalized but expected to survive.

Matt Utterback, the principal of Clackamas High School, said in a letter to parents that Wilks was a bright and curious student who enrolled in honors classes and competed on the swim team.

Ashley’s counselor and teachers describe her as “an awesome student with a beautiful smile,” the principal said. “She was the kind of person that lights up a room. A truly wonderful, delightful kid.”

He identified a critically injured student as Susy De Sousa, an 18-year-old foreign exchange student from Italy.

“This random act of violence has cut short a young life and threatened another,” he said. “Such a horrific act is impossible to accept or understand.”

Monday is a scheduled day off at the high school, but counselors will be available for those in need.

Bieber, with the exchange program, said four of the wounded were exchange students. They are residents of Ecuador, France, Guatemala and Taiwan.

PORTLAND POLICE RELEASED THE FOLLOWING UPDATE ON THE DOWNTOWN PORTLAND SHOOTING SPREE:

On Saturday, January 26, 2009, at 10:37 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to a reported shooting near the intersection of Southwest 2nd Avenue and Pine Street, near The Zone, an underage nightclub.

Portland Police Officers responded to the scene and discovered nine victims as well as the shooter, who had a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  One of the victims, 16-year-old Ashley Lauren Wilks, was pronounced dead at the scene.  The remaining victims, five females and three males, were taken to local hospitals.  At the hospital, 17-year-old Martha “Tika “ Paz De Noboa, of Peru, also died.

Six victims are part of the Rotary Youth Exchange program, and are foreign exchange students.
They include: 18-year-old Ana Zambrano Soledispa, from Ecuador; 18-year-old Gonzalo Vasquez Orozco, from Guatemala;18-year-old Trista Chang, from Taiwan; a 16-year-old from France; and 18-year-old Susanna De-Sousa, from Italy.  Also wounded was a 16-year-old from Portland and 44-year-old Brad Yoast, general manager of a nearby establishment.

The suspect, 24-year-old Erik Salvadore Ayala, is in critical condition at a local hospital, following a self-inflicted gunshot to the head.  He is a resident of  but is he here illegally? Milwaukie, Oregon, and is currently unemployed. A witness reported that Mr. Ayala had been depressed, but gave no indication that he was going to harm anyone.

On January 25, 2009, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Portland Police Detectives executed a search warrant at Mr. Ayala’s residence.  At the residence, they found a case for the handgun, personal information, ammunition, numerous video games, and a note Mr. Ayala left for his roommate.  The note did not specify any action that he was about to take, but rather insinuated possible thoughts of suicide and provided information about the disposition of his property.

Investigators have determined that Mr. Ayala parked his vehicle near the area of Southwest 4th and Main, approached the nightclub and began shooting in an incident that only lasted a few seconds.  At this time, investigators have not determined any link between the victims and the shooter and believe Mr. Ayala acted alone.

Mr. Ayala used a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.  For investigative reasons, detectives are still reconstructing the events and processing evidence that was recovered and do not want to provide specific information about the number of shots fired or the type of ammunition at this time.

This investigation is revealing that the victims were not targeted because of their nationality and  the victims did not do anything to cause this shooting.

Anyone who had contact with Mr. Ayala in the days before the shooting or anyone with additional information is asked to call Portland Police Detective Ken Whattam (503) 823-0696 or Detective Mark Slater (503) 823-9319.  Anyone with information concerning when and where Erik Ayala  obtained the handgun used in the shooting should contact the above Detectives.

This investigation is continuing.

Illegal alien Mexican Male hit and run killer flees to Ca leaves : Rosales Murders McDaniel to die

Illegal alien Mexican Male hit and run killer flees to Ca leaves  : Rosales Murders McDaniel to die

.Kimberly McDaniel’s uncle, Richard Schott Jr.; her mother, Janet Tremain; and stepfather, Allen Tremain, listen as McDaniel’s sister addresses the court during today’s sentencing of Rosendo Corona Rosales. Another woman Killed with Mayor Tom Potter’s consent and he gets less then Five years in prison for murder. Gosh illegals get off easy.

By the way, the illegal Mexican left the woman to die and tried to hide in California and only a tip brought him to Jail, where he will drain the taxpayers even more. You may leave comments on the Oregonian site

The Oregonian January 23, 2008 18:13PM
Motoya Nakamura/The Oregonian Editor’s note: A video of the sentencing appears below)
A 25-year-old migrant worker who fled a hit-and-run crash that killed a 23-year-old Dodson woman pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide today in Multnomah County Circuit Court.
Rosendo Corona Rosales also pleaded guilty in front of Judge Eric J. Bergstrom to failure to perform the duties of a driver. Under a plea agreement, Corona Rosales will spend 58 months in jail and be deported to Mexico when his sentence is up.
On the morning of July 14, 2006, Kimberly McDaniel went for her customary morning run along a frontage road in the Columbia River Gorge. Rosales Corona’s car left the highway, striking McDaniel with the front of her car. She was thrown 15 to 20 feet into the bushes with massive head injuries and other major trauma.
A passing couple, who thought they spotted a life jacket — really McDaniel’s orange T-shirt — went to her aid. Trauma surgeons performed two emergency surgeries in an attempt to relieve pressure on her brain, but she died 30 hours later.
Doctors told her mother and stepfather — Janet and Allen Tremain — that Kimberly would have had a 40 to 50 percent chance of surviving if she had gotten immediate medical help. Instead, she lay bleeding from a ruptured jugular vein for nearly an hour. Her chances dropped to 5 or 10 percent.
“What kind of person leaves someone to die alone like that?” Janet Tremain asked during a statement she made to the court. “I wonder how can any human being do that to another, how can he drive away and not give any thought to what he did? He let Kimberly lie there in the bushes, suffering and in pain.”
Investigators with the Multnomah County Vehicular Crimes Team recovered a passenger side-mirror from the car that struck McDaniel, but precious few other clues.
In October 2006, they recovered a 1987 Nissan Sentra in Wenatchee, Wash. The mirror recovered at the scene was a perfect match for one missing from the Sentra. A year to the day after McDaniel died, Detective Jay Pentheny of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and Detective Jason Servo of the Gresham Police Department arrested Rosales Corona as he walked down a street in Lodi, Calif.
The two were acting on a tip that Rosales Corona — who had been living in The Dalles after entering the country illegally and then returning after the crash — was back in the U.S. and living in California.
