Illegal Mexican Evanivaldo AlejoSebastian, Wendy’s  Fast Food Worker Rapes Co-Worker in bathroom: Milwaukie Oregon
On Sunday, May 10th, 2009 at 5:34 p.m. Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office patrol personnel responded to a report of rape. Deputies conducting interviews were informed this reported rape and sex abuse allegedly occurred inside a fast food restaurant restroom on SE McLoughlin Boulevard, in Milwaukie; where both the female adult victim and the adult male suspect (now in custody) are employed.Investigating Deputy Sheriff’s interviewed this victim and witnesses on the premises, in addition to conducting an interview with the suspect. The suspect in this case is identified as Evanivaldo AlejoSebastian, age 29; who provides a residential address on East Fairfield Street, in Gladstone. (Photo Attached)As an investigative procedure, Clackamas County Sheriff’s Deputies summoned a victim advocate to meet with and assist this reported rape victim at a local hospital, where she was medically evaluated in response to this reported case of rape.

Evanivaldo AlejoSebastian was taken into custody by Sheriff’s Deputies, transported to the Clackamas County Jail and lodged for the crimes identified as:

• Rape in the first degree
• Sexual abuse in the third degree

Evanivaldo AlejoSebastian is scheduled to appear for arraignment on these charges in the Clackamas County Circuit Court, Monday, May 11, 2009 at 3:00 p.m.

If Wendy’s had bothered to use the E-verify system it may have discovered the applicant was illegally here. If they’d bothered to further check Wendy’s might have discovered he was jailed TWICE on other charges. But it didn’t bother. And a woman co worker was raped.

• The criminal should never have been in this country at all.
• The previous felonies for which he was jailed should have gotten him deported.
• Oregon is responsible for failing to hold law breakers accountable.
• Wendy’s is responsible for failing to check out the criminal.

Yet another person has very likely been Raped by an alleged Illegal Alien, a co-worker, who Fox 12 News reports (http://www.kptv.com/news/19451805/detail.html) was previously in Jail twice in another state and released not Deported. He then came to our Sanctuary state to steal a job and commit another horrific crime. He is now in the Clackamas County Jail with an ICE hold.
