Mukesh Suthar didnt murder because he had depression issues, that’s for Americans. He murdered because he was an illegal alien, his H1-b visa expired, Intel wasn’t throwing the White Collar Bucks at him anymore,. His wife was working illegally as a hairdresser. He didn’t want to leave his high caste position or go back to India so he killed the family.I applaud him for doing so, we need more illegal aliens to try this form of self deportation.

The India Society of Oregon  has over 10,000 Indians from India as  members 

( this  means chain immigration, where one comes and brings the entire clan or village, anchor babies and theft of white collar jobs) wishes to have a memorial for the dead Hindus. I suggest they pay for deporting the 10,000 Indian Nationals in Oregon.

India is one of the countries who refuses to accept the forced return of it’s citizens. This means they cannot be deported and they stay and have ugly kids. This is hugely important, more important then the murders, because any Indian who arrives stays and cannot be sent home. A;; those H1-b visas are not temporary but permanent work permits. American kids go to college and find they arent hired by Intel because they want the Hindus from India, or the Chinese .

BETHANY, Ore. – Police said the three bodies found in a home of a Southeast Bethany neighborhood Wednesday was the result of a murder-suicide.An out-of-country Indian relative of the family called the Washington County Sheriff’s office around 11:30 a.m. and asked it to check on the family after that relative became concerned about the family.Washington County detectives said they believe that 44-year-old Mukesh Suther shot his 39-year-old wife, Varsha, and 9-year-old son, then shot himself with a handgun.  All three were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police said they had trouble contacting the next of kin because the mother of one of the people found in the home lives in India.

Police also have not said how the murder-suicide occurred.Authorities blocked off about a block of the neighborhood while they investigated the incident.People in the community said the family was well-known and that Varsha Suther ran a salon out ( bet she didnt pay taxes or have a business license) of the house.Friends of the family are shocked and they said the tragedy may be related to money problems. They said the father, Mukesh Suther, had been out of work for more than a year.Many like Deport Mahendra Shah and his wife Deport Nita brought small candles to light in front of the family’s home Wednesday night.“They were under pressure of them being told to leave the high-rental house and trying to find another place to rent,” said Mahendra.Kavitah Rachakatla said she had her hair done at the Varsha’s salon.“I knew her husband was not having [a] job, or something like that, or on contracts off and on,” Rachakatla said. “I don’t know at this point whether he’s employed or not employed.”

Varsha Suthar ran a beauty salon from her Bethany home, where clients say her husband greeted them with a smile and she was always upbeat and positive.

Sgt. Bob Ray, a department spokesman, said the family was found in one of the house’s three bedrooms. The rental home in the 16900 block of Northwest Oak Creek Drive is owned by Mukesh Suthar’s brother, Saleish Suthar.

She visited the family’s home salon less than a month ago and first started going to Suthar when she moved to Portland more than five years ago.

Vemuri said the death is hitting close to home with her colleagues, who once had Suthar bring her services into their workplace and considered her a necessity in their lives.

Vemuri said the Suthars were a “really close-knit family” and would get together with Mukesh Suthar’s family to celebrate Indian festivals and holidays.(chain immigration)

“I would have never suspected any violence in the family,” Strobeck said. “I just can’t believe any of this.”

Deport Sunita Mody, 54, said Varsha Suthar operated the salon in a second-floor bedroom in the family’s home. Mody said she went there for facials and to have her eyebrows done, last visiting the home about 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Mody and her husband, Jaisen Mody, 59, said they occasionally saw the Suthars at the Portland Temple in Tigard. Jaisen Mody is the president of the India Cultural Association in Portland and said his group is interested in joining with other organizations and temples to establish some kind of memorial fund.

“We have a lot of associations and we’re all going to come together,” Jaisen Mody said. “It affects our community quite a bit.”

It was so nice to see them discuss how happy they were that the neighbors kept up their yards.

I’ve never worked with them but from what I hear, they’re a typical body shop that brings in loads of foreign workers on H1-B visa from India and other 3rd world dumps and floods the IT market with them. Then, people like me with 10+ years in the IT industry who truly know their stuff have to clean up the mess they leave behind.

Sen. Menendez’s plan to bring in an additional 550,000 permanent foreign workers next year would be made worse by chain migration. Every one of the proposed 550,000 immigrants under Sen. Menendez’s plan would create a chain of immigrants connecting to more than a dozen other families. Once you do the math, you can see how devastating Sen. Menendez’s plan would be for American workers and the infrastructure of our country.

First, a typical immigrant from a developing nation has three adult siblings from one family. As soon as that immigrant becomes a citizen, he or she can put those siblings in line for immigration. In other words, as soon as that first immigrant arrives, the rest of the extended family considers themselves on a path to America as well. However, the chain does not end there.

The first immigrant’s spouse plus the spouses of the first immigrant’s adult siblings are also eligible. That makes nearly half a dozen families who are waiting in line thanks to that one (just one of 550,000) immigrant. Each family includes siblings, minor children, parents, etc.

In addition, each of those spouses has adult siblings, and the chain continues. A single immigrant can create a chain of possibly 17 different families. The chain migration effect on Sen. Menendez’s proposal has been missing from the discussion. At the very least, I hope you will oppose Sen. Menendez’s plan. Should you feel compelled to do something proactive, you could also introduce a bill to end chain migration, which clearly does not benefit the interests of the United States.

“We are a 24-hour factory. We are 24-7,” said Nancy Kenney, Intel’s multicultural program manager.
As Kenney spoke, the Chandler campuses were training 70 Intel employees flown in from the company’s Costa Rica assembly testing facility. “At all times there are people [undergoing cross-cultural training] from Costa Rica, Israel, Malaysia, the Philippines and Ireland,” she said. Kenney said a key aim of training was to instill Intel’s corporate culture and way of doing business.
After all, when you have a veritable United Nations of employees working in telecommuting teams, it helps if they have a common approach.
“Intel has its basic culture and values which everyone learns, whether they are in the United States or Costa Rica or Malaysia,” she said.

I wanted to punch him in the face as I watched a 5 minute video of Sen.
Gregg at the Cato website (link below). Among other things he wants to
raise the number of H-1B visas to 150,000.

Greg parrots the industry line on H-1B. One of his favorites is to repeat
the claim by Bill Gates that every H-1B creates 5 jobs for Americans. Ron
Hira asked the right question for Computerworld:

The five-jobs-per-H-1B-worker claim, said Hira, “is so absurd that
Mr. Gregg should be laughed out of the room. This is the kind of
thoughtful leadership that Mr. Obama is bringing us?”

Ron Hira wrote a stinging article for EE Times where he said:

“Obama Administration has been in office just a few weeks now, but
we already know how it will address the offshoring of engineering
jobs. It will promote it.

Be sure to read the last part of Hira’s commentary because that’s the most
important.

Unfortunately Gregg isn’t the only bad appointee. Diana Farrell was
appointed by Obama for the National Economic Council and as deputy economic
adviser to the president. She has worked for the McKinsey Global Institute
for a long time. In 2004 Farrell said:

“People in the US are looking at it as a job issue. They are not
economists and therefore, they dont necessarily see the whole
picture. What’s going to happen is that offshoring is actually
going to benefit US businesses even more than India.”

Larry Summers and Ron Kirk are two other stinker appointments by Obama.
Summers will lead the president’s National Economic Council and Kirk will
be the chairperson. So, Obama is stacking his entire administration with
pro H-1B, pro free trade, and anti-worker dregs from industry and the
Clinton and Bush administrations.

Last night Lou Dobbs had an excellent report on Gregg and it is available
at the CNN site. Ron Hira appeared on Dobbs so he has really been hitting
the road to get the word out.

DOBBS: Well this may be what we’re going to see from the Obama
administration. That’s a shame, because it’s intellectual
dishonesty. It is absolute arrogance to continue to repeat the
policies of the past. Larry Summers, all of these folks very
capable people, that are absolutely part of the Rubin legacy.

It’s devastating what’s happening here. The millions of people,
working men and women who worked and supported and voted for
Barack Obama for change in the direction of trade policies have
to be extraordinarily disappointed, but fundamentally, if there
is no change on the part of our elected officials, on the top
policy choices, on free trade, on outsourcing, and focusing on
manufacturing, how to incentivize it and how to build our
middle class, rather than destroy it, this administration will
be remembered for something besides change and a disbelief in
the change they brought, but rather the legacy will be further
destruction of this economy, and that is intolerable to all of
us. Bill Tucker, thank you very much.

In a letter addressed to Microsoft last week, Senator Charles Grassley asked the company to layoff foreign workers before laying off skilled American workers. The letter came in response to a report last week that said the company would be laying off approximately 5,000 workers.

 

I am concerned that Microsoft will be retaining foreign guest workers rather than similarly qualified American employees when it implements its layoff plan.

As you know, I want to make sure employers recruit qualified American workers first before hiring foreign guest workers.

Microsoft employs more than 91,000 people and thousands of them are foreign guest workers under the H-1B program. The United States issues 65,000 H-1B visas per year when there is an anticipated shortage of skilled workers in particular fields.

Last year, Microsoft was here on Capitol Hill advocating for more H-1B visas. The purpose of the H-1B visa program is to assist companies in their employment needs where there is not a sufficient American workforce to meet their technology expertise requirements. However, H-1B and other work visa programs were never intended to replace qualified American workers. Certainly, these work visa programs were never intended to allow a company to retain foreign guest workers rather than similarly qualified American workers, when that company cuts jobs during an economic downturn.
