OREGON CITY — The family of a Texas girl murdered in 2007 is suing Clackamas County, claiming law enforcement officers knew her killer illegally entered the United States and failed to report him to immigration authorities.

The estate of Dani Countryman is seeking $3.5 million in damages, according to the Clackamas County Circuit Court filing.

Countryman, 15, died during a sexual assault July 28, 2007, after an all-night party at an Oak Grove apartment complex. She was in Oregon visiting relatives.

Edward S. McGlone III, assistant Clackamas County counsel, declined to comment on the complaint.

Alejandro Emeterio “Alex” Rivera Gamboa, 26, was sentenced to life in prison, with the possibility of parole after 35 years. He attempted to subdue Countryman, fatally choking her, as his cousin, Gilberto Javier “Gabe” Arellano Gamboa, tried to rape her.

Arellano Gamboa, 25, was sentenced to five years, 10 months in prison.

Both men were in the country illegally and will be deported to Mexico after serving their sentences.

The lawsuit claims that a Clackamas County probation officer and unnamed sheriff’s office employees failed to report Rivera Gamboa to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The Oregonian reported that Rivera Gamboa pleaded guilty to drunken driving in November 2006. He signed a plea agreement that stated he was not a U.S. citizen and was released without anyone in the criminal justice system notifying immigration authorities.

RICHMOND, Calif.—A sixth suspect has been charged in the gang rape of 16-year-old girl outside Richmond High School’s homecoming dance. That makes 4 wetbacks as we like to say at AP.

Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan says 21-year-old Elvis Torrentes was charged Thursday with rape by a foreign object of a person unable to resist due to intoxication, rape by a foreign object while acting in concert and rape while acting in concert.

Police say Torrentes was one of as many as 10 people who participated in the Oct. 24 attack on the girl in a dimly lit courtyard on campus. The victim was found naked and semi-conscious after the nearly two-hour assault.

Investigators believe as many as 20 people may have watched the rape without calling police.

Contra Costa County prosecutors have filed rape charges against five others, ranging in age from 15 to 21.

Update: U_Tube  removed the video of the two white girlfriends of the rape victim, who spoke  of how unsafe whites were at Richmond High, for violating terms of service, Translated into Pro La Raza talk; Americans  figured out she was white from the video.

Samantha Haupt returned home last night at about 11:00 PM uninjured. The two suspects are still being sought for their involvement in the assault of Samantha’s friend. The matter remains under investigation.

From another site I have learned she is not only white, but she fought off sex by kicking one of the perps( noted 100 percent likely that it was a mexican Latino since this is a mexican Latino gang rape with some blacks and at least one white male involved) , they then began hitting her and raping her until her face was black and blue. She spent five days recovering in the hospital.
Her family , maybe out of fear of being murdered , are asking that the hating or violence be stopped.  I suspect what they are saying is White Legal Americans don’t make a big deal out of this because we and the other whites in Richmond might be killed. The 15 year old girl in the  purple dress, the gang rape victim,  is most certainly white , she is not a slut, and is  an honors student .  Her two friends who were interviewed were blond, white girls.

By the way, the rape of women at  social gatherings is nothing new , plied with alcohol or drug .Dating and Parties are dangerous for young women. Men know this and use it  as an excuse to rape women, knowing they can say “well she shouldn’t have been outside , or drinking or gone there. ” In other words, women better stay home locked in some closet, because otherwise whatever happens to them is their fault. Do men hold themselves to the same standard? No. Rape is being used as a weapon against women in all countries including the United States. The threat of rape is always present in the minds of women, yet women are told to be sexy and open and friendly and to date as much as possible. You can’t expect a 15-year-old to have the wisdom to know these things, which is why girls her age are prime targets for rape.

Now watch the police and the DA sell out the victim, under pressure from the Hispanic and Black community in Richmond. All males present at the gang-rape should be charged and incarcerated for Rape, not just five. It won’t happen.

Virtually all  of the Mexicans arrested in Oregon , whether for rape , or murder or drunk driving ,have landlords who rent to them knowing full well they are high-risk and illegal. Oregon Landlords misuse  the Fair Housing Act to keep in the $$$$ black. If they had to depend upon just legal Americans for rent monies, they would have to lower rents and become decent landlords.Instead, they fill up on Illegals, even Washington County fills up the low-income housing with illegal alien drug dealers, ignoring that it is supposed to be for poor Americans. It would be nice if people would connect the dots between rental vacancies and a 17 percent inflow into Oregon, partly from Illegal aliens. All I know is that Oregon had cheap rent until the exodus from California began in the early 90’s ,which was also when the mexicans began arriving.

If the Police want to get rid of gangs and crime and drug dealers, they need to come down heavy on the Landlords.This is so obvious it is unbearable. Property managers are useless in keeping out criminals, because if they don’t keep the places rented, they can be evicted in 72 hours and many landlords use this as their weapon.  

Dana Countryman was murdered by two mexican gardeners, illegals, who happened to do landscaping in the same complex where Dana had her neck stomped on .  If her family had any money they could have filed a civil lawsuit against the landlords.

One example out of Millions; It is a felony to rent to illegals , but the U.S. is a law-less land where even the President’s Aunt refuses to honor a Judge’s demand she leave.

Landlords use the illegal alien population to jack up rents and keep their Lake Oswego houses paid up. If you want to stop crime print the landlords home address whenever another rape takes place.

A landlord was arrested in LA this year, for intentionally renting to MS-13 gang members.

Landlords are some of the worst crooks in this state and running little workshops is feeble. A few blocks from where this will take place are several huge complexes taken over by illegal aliens. The property manager is an illegal alien. Washington County has rented to sex offenders at their low-income housing complexes. The police know the illegals cause crime, but does the general public?

The eight hour training session titled “Keeping Illegal Activity Off Rental Property” will be conducted at the BeavertonCity Hall located at 4475 S Griffith Ave. in Beaverton. It will begin at 8:30 AM and continue until 5:00 PM.The curriculum will be instructed by nationally recognized Portland attorney, John Campbell. The materials and ideas presented were developed by Campbell after he found himself embattled in his own neighborhood which appeared by be overtaken by criminals. It left the neighborhood residents feeling powerless and frustrated. From that struggle came the concepts which he developed as a result of crime that can spill out from rental properties into the community.The program helps property managers; landlords and owners maintain a safe and attractive property while taking steps to reduce the opportunity for crime and related problems. Information about tenant screening, physical elements such as landscaping and maintenance, warning signs of drug dealing and usage, as well as the application process are included in the training.”WCPC” is a group of crime prevention and community resource officers representing seven law enforcement agencies in Washington County. The group works together to problem solve for all areas within the county.
