I was just thinking yesterday that If I came upon a wreck with mexicans I would keep on driving. They arent worth a dime of taxpayer money to save and this is yet another mexican who ran up a tab we will never recover. Citing him for drunk driving wont do anything. It wont deport him or stop him from fake id or driving drunk.

A Mill City man was credited by Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers with helping to prevent more serious injuries to the driver of a vehicle that rolled several times before catching fire on Highway 22E near Stayton early Monday morning.
On June 29, 2009 at approximately 6:10 a.m. a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer driven by ROGELIO CRUZ-MALDONADO, age 28, from Vancouver, Washington was westbound on Highway 22E near milepost 12 when it swerved across the eastbound lane at exit 12 and into the median. The Blazer rolled several times and caught fire.
Witness NATHANIEL ACUFF, age 27, from Mill City, was following the Blazer when it crashed. ACUFF stopped and found CRUZ-MALDONADO unconscious inside the Blazer as the fire was starting. ACUFF pulled CRUZ-MALDONADO from the vehicle to safety and stayed with him awaiting medical, fire and police responders.
Fire personnel from Stayton Fire Department arrived and extinguished the fire that nearly destroyed the Blazer. They transported CRUZ-MALDONADO to Salem Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
OSP troopers from the Salem Area Command office investigated the crash. Senior Trooper Jay Davis cited CRUZ-MALDONADO at the hospital for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended.
Highway 22E was closed in both directions at the crash scene until about 7:30 a.m. ODOT and Marion County Sheriff’s Office also assisted at the incident.

ALOHA, Ore. – An Aloha man illegal alien wetback with fake ID – has been charged with killing his 2-month-old daughter, anchor baby-who died at a hospital Wednesday after suffering a head injury a day earlier, authorities said.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Legacy Emanuel Hospital Tuesday afternoon to investigate a baby that was possibly injured by abuse. The girl, Maya Gramajo, suffered a closed-head injury and was kept on life support while doctors tried to save her, the sheriff’s office said.
Investigators determined that the girl’s father, 32-year-old Eber Gramajo-Calderon, had called his wife saying there was a problem with their daughter, and the wife called 911 saying the girl was unconscious and not breathing at their home on Southwest Anna Court, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies learned that he was home alone with the child when the injury occurred, and he was arrested on assault charges Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said.
However, his daughter was pronounced dead Wednesday at the hospital due to the severity of her injuries, and he was later arraigned on murder charges, the sheriff’s office said.
Authorities declined to say what they think happened to the girl. One other child, a 16-month-old son, was also at home with the father when the injuries occurred but he was not hurt and was placed with relatives, the sheriff’s office said.
The children’s mother was not at home during the incident and is not facing any charges.

ICE Holds indicate local authorities have not been able to verify citizenship or legal presence in the US. They are rarely issued in error.
A perp in custody that has an ICE hold applied is a near-fail safe indicator that the person is an illegal alien. Crimes committed by illegal aliens, are, by definition, PREVENTABLE crimes.

On 5-5-09, at 6:00 am, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles in the 5600 block of Silverton Road NE. 30 year old Jose Adrain Ramos, of Salem was driving a 1993 Honda Civic Eastbound on Silverton Road. He had his two daughters ages five and nine in the vehicle and slowed down to turn left into a driveway when he was rear-ended by a 1997 Chevy Tahoe. The driver of that vehicle, 31 year old Liney Contreras of Salem was also traveling Eastbound on Silverton Road. She reported to deputies that she didn’t see the vehicle slow down or stop before she ran into it. Jose Ramos and his daughters were transported to the Salem Hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Summary of Event: On January 20, 2009 at 11:46 PM, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at a 90 degree corner at SW Geiger Road south of Forest Grove. One person drunk drunk mexican was injured and transported to the hospital on Lifeflight. bet that cost a lotDetails of Event: Sheriff’s Deputies arrived and found that a vehicle failed to negotiate a sharp right turn. The initial investigation revealed that a 2001 Dodge Intrepid left the roadway at a very high rate of speed causing the vehicle to go airborne over the Tualatin River before landing in its side. The vehicle traveled over 100 feet through the air before landing in a thicket of trees.
Witnesses told deputies they heard a crash and went outside to see if anyone needed help. They told the deputies they heard a splashing sound from the river and heard what appeared to be a person moaning. Concerned that someone another drunk mexican may have fallen into the icy water, multiple deputies responded in an effort to locate the person and get them medical attention. The Forest Grove and Cornelius Police and Fire Departments assisted in the search.
The only access to the vehicle was through a farm field. Deputies found the vehicle was unoccupied. Sheriff’s Deputies diligently continued the search along the shoreline and through the heavy brush and Blackberry thickets. Deputies were very concerned because the temperature outside was below freezing and it would be difficult for anyone to survive through the night if they were wet or injured.
The intense search paid off two hours after the crash at 1:56 AM when Sheriff’s Deputies found 32 year-old,
Baca was about 200 feet down stream from where he crashed the vehicle. Mr. Baca was found lying in the thick brush on the bank of the Tualatin River. He was covering his head with his shirt that he took off. Mr. Baca is believed to be the lone occupant of the vehicle. His clothing was soaking wet. He was shivering and he had multiple cuts and bruises. Mr. Baca was transported to the hospital by Lifeflight for hypothermia and possible internal injuries.
The Sheriff’s Deputies are credited with saving Mr. Baca’s life. It does appear alcohol and speed were factors in this crash.

A Redmond-area man illegal alien mexican drunk male with a blood alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit was arrested early Sunday after a crash on Highway 97 between Deschutes Junction and Redmond.

The driver was charged with DUII after the crash when officers discovered he had a blood alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit.
According to an OSP Sergeant on scene, 24-year-old Guadalupe Enriquez of mexico – working and living illegally in the US Redmond was northbound on Highway 97 when he passed another motorist and then drove off the east shoulder.
His Dodge Durango continued another three hundred feet off the shoulder before striking a driveway and becoming airborne.
The vehicle flew over the driveway and partially landed on a rock wall.

On January 1, 2009 at 5:14 am the Beaverton Police Department received a call from residents at the Conestoga Park Apartments reporting an assault occurring now with a weapon. They explained that a man was attacking a woman with a knife. When police arrived they found the victim, 28 year old Imelda Vazquez Cabello, in the driver’s seat of her car bleeding from her face and neck. Witnesses explained the couple had been getting ready to leave from an earlier New Year’s Eve family gathering and return to their Tualatin residence. The victim was in the parking lot saying goodbye to a cousin when the suspect, Rodolfo Hernandez Cruz 24, appeared to get jealous over the conversation. Police were told Rodolfo began yelling at Imelda then he walked around the car, took out a pocket knife and began assaulting her. He was able to cause several cuts to Imelda’s neck and face before fleeing the scene. Medical personnel transported Imelda to OHSU where she immediately underwent surgery. Although it’s still unclear as to the severity of Imelda’s injuries or number of wounds she received, she is currently out of surgery and in ICU. Rodolfo was arrested on the charges of Assault I and Unlawful Use of a Weapon and will be lodged at the Washington County Jail pending grand jury and possible additional charges. There is no further information available as it is still an ongoing investigation. ##BPD##

Our refusal to do anything about our porous Southern border is only making the illegal aliens more brazen (if such a thing is even possible). Their most recent kvetch du jour is about how the ICE is denying health care to HIV positive “migrants” in the detention centers.
MEXICO CITY (AP) – Olga Arellano sobs as she recalls how her HIV-positive daughter spent two months succumbing to infections in a U.S. migrant detention center, complaining that she didn’t see a doctor or get the right medicine.
Fellow inmates also begged for help after Victoria Arellano started vomiting blood in their holding cell, where her lawyer said 105 detainees were crammed onto bunks and mattresses in a space designed for 40.
She died three days later, chained to a hospital bed.
I wonder if there’s any relation to the notorious Elvira Arellano.
All I can say is that Miss Arellano must have had a pretty advanced case of HIV. And I realize this is going to sound cruel, but it looks like she was just coming here to get “free” health care.
The death of the 23-year-old transgender Mexican immigrant is at the forefront of discussions at this week’s international AIDS conference in Mexico City. Rights activists say it shows the failure of immigration officials to deal humanely with HIV-positive inmates among the 30,000 migrants held in detention centers across the United States.
When all else fails, blame America! We are taxed ruthlessly enough as it is without having to pay for the health care of every single illegal alien from Latin America.
The family’s lawyer, Steven Archer, says Arellano never got proper medical attention after she was stopped for drunk driving and handed over to immigration officials in June 2007.
“They never gave her any of the proper medications for her AIDS diagnosis. They did give her a prescription for a urinary tract infection, but even then, they filled her prescription with the wrong strength, and they never diagnosed the meningitis, even though she had been complaining about headaches, sweats and generalized pain for weeks. That is what killed her in the end,” Archer said. “It was so advanced that it involved her brain, her liver, her lungs, her heart, and a couple of other organs. She died in terrible pain.”
As far as I’m concerned, anyone sneaking here illegally has the right only to be sent back where they came from. And it’s really pathetic that there are American lawyers defending these invaders. Furthermore, HIV is less contagious than meningitis. Who knows how many more people could have been infected if this Victoria was let out.
ICE spends nearly $100 million annually on medical services for its detainees, including dental, chronic and mental health care. A June 11 report on deaths in ICE custody by the Homeland Security Department’s internal watchdog found that ICE’s overall standards have equalled those of other detention agencies.
I wouldn’t be surprised if people were sneaking in here just get treatment at these detention centers.
Since ICE was formed in 2003, 71 people out of 1.5 million have died in the agency’s custody. Officials also note that such deaths have declined to 7 last year even as the detainee population grew. But the watchdog report recommended that the ICE do more to improve oversight and screening procedures and to fill clinical staff shortages at detention facilities.
That actually sounds pretty good. But then again Human Rights Watch won’t stop whining until every terrorist is set free, and America is turned into a welfare state.
