Let them know that a Slum Lord in LA is being sued by LA , for renting to MS-13 gang members. Landlords in Oregon have no problem evicting english speaking tenants who are poor and ask for repairs to be made. They don’t care about Fair Housing, they just want the drug money.

On Wednesday, March 25, the Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force (CCITF) arrested five individuals believed responsible for extensive drug-dealing activity in the Oregon City area.On Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7:05 a.m., CCITF members, accompanied by Oregon City Police, simultaneously executed search warrants at two residences in Oregon City.These CCITF-generated search warrants were the culmination of an extensive drug-dealing investigation — an investigation that led to the arrest of five allegedly active drug dealers.SEARCH WARRANT #1
One residence targeted by the warrants is located at The Kingsberry Heights Apartments, 14290 Marjorie Ln., Unit #2006, in Oregon City. During the warrant service, investigators discovered the following items of evidence:
• 2 firearms — one rifle and one handgun
• 1 bulletproof vest
• Drug-packaging material and scales
• Cocaine and methamphetamine (small dealer quantity)
• In excess of $2,000 cash
• Forged documents
At this Kingsberry Heights Apartments address, investigators discovered and identified 3 males, 2 females and 1 child as occupants. Those arrested and lodged in Clackamas County Jail are identified as follows:
1. Torrezponce, Aurelio
(AKA: Torresponce, Abel)
DOB provided as 09-25-1984
2. Alvaradoponce, Elvia
DOB provided as 11-11-1986.
Pregnant; spouse of Aurelio Torres-Ponce
Each member of the above married couple are both charged with the following:
• Distribution of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Methamphetamine
3. Camachoramirez, Israel
DOB 07-20-1987
Lodged and charged with the following:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Identity Theft
• Forgery
4. Salamanca, Rosmel
DOB 06-07-1982
Lodged and charged with:
• Identity Theft
• Possession of a Forged Instrument
One additional adult female and her child — who was less than 5 years old — were located and identified as residents at this address. This adult female was not taken into custody, and her child remained in her care.
SEARCH WARRANT #2
The second search warrant was executed simultaneously at the Barclay Square Apartments, 290 Warner Milne Road, #36, in Oregon City.
At this address, investigators contacted and identified a married couple, with 3 minors residing in this apartment. The father of this family was arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail. The mother was not arrested, and the children were not disturbed and remain in her care.
The man in custody is identified as:
5. Ramirezcampos, Celesino
DOB 04-06-1956
He was lodged in the jail on the following charges:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Methamphetamine
• Possession of Marijuana
Each of the five individuals arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail presently have U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) holds.
ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION:
Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force investigators initiated this investigation after receiving information that at least one of the arrestees had been involved with the distribution of cocaine. As a result of this ongoing investigation, search warrants were obtained — which resulted in the arrests conducted at these two Oregon City locations.
A total of 16 law-enforcement personnel participated in the execution of these two warrants, and no injuries were reported as a result of this warrant service. [END]
