On Wednesday, March 25, the Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force (CCITF) arrested five individuals believed responsible for extensive drug-dealing activity in the Oregon City area.On Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 7:05 a.m., CCITF members, accompanied by Oregon City Police, simultaneously executed search warrants at two residences in Oregon City.These CCITF-generated search warrants were the culmination of an extensive drug-dealing investigation — an investigation that led to the arrest of five allegedly active drug dealers.SEARCH WARRANT #1
One residence targeted by the warrants is located at The Kingsberry Heights Apartments, 14290 Marjorie Ln., Unit #2006, in Oregon City. During the warrant service, investigators discovered the following items of evidence:
• 2 firearms — one rifle and one handgun
• 1 bulletproof vest
• Drug-packaging material and scales
• Cocaine and methamphetamine (small dealer quantity)
• In excess of $2,000 cash
• Forged documents
At this Kingsberry Heights Apartments address, investigators discovered and identified 3 males, 2 females and 1 child as occupants. Those arrested and lodged in Clackamas County Jail are identified as follows:
1. Torrezponce, Aurelio
(AKA: Torresponce, Abel)
DOB provided as 09-25-1984
2. Alvaradoponce, Elvia
DOB provided as 11-11-1986.
Pregnant; spouse of Aurelio Torres-Ponce
Each member of the above married couple are both charged with the following:
• Distribution of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Methamphetamine
3. Camachoramirez, Israel
DOB 07-20-1987
Lodged and charged with the following:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Identity Theft
• Forgery
4. Salamanca, Rosmel
DOB 06-07-1982
Lodged and charged with:
• Identity Theft
• Possession of a Forged Instrument
One additional adult female and her child — who was less than 5 years old — were located and identified as residents at this address. This adult female was not taken into custody, and her child remained in her care.
SEARCH WARRANT #2
The second search warrant was executed simultaneously at the Barclay Square Apartments, 290 Warner Milne Road, #36, in Oregon City.
At this address, investigators contacted and identified a married couple, with 3 minors residing in this apartment. The father of this family was arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail. The mother was not arrested, and the children were not disturbed and remain in her care.
The man in custody is identified as:
5. Ramirezcampos, Celesino
DOB 04-06-1956
He was lodged in the jail on the following charges:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Cocaine
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Methamphetamine
• Possession of Marijuana
Each of the five individuals arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County Jail presently have U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) holds.
ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION:
Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force investigators initiated this investigation after receiving information that at least one of the arrestees had been involved with the distribution of cocaine. As a result of this ongoing investigation, search warrants were obtained — which resulted in the arrests conducted at these two Oregon City locations.
A total of 16 law-enforcement personnel participated in the execution of these two warrants, and no injuries were reported as a result of this warrant service. [END]

(Note: Stop location should have read “Interstate 5 near milepost 200”)Two California-area residents Mexican illegal drug dealers from Mexi-trash LA, were arrested Tuesday afternoon by Oregon State Police (OSP) during a traffic stop north of Eugene that led to the seizure of cocaine, methamphetamine, firearms and body armor.
On February 24, 2009 at approximately 2:35 p.m. an OSP trooper stopped a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe displaying California license plates southbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 200 for a speed violation. The trooper identified the two occupants as driver JUAN FRANCISCO JIMENEZ JR., age 34, and passenger ALENIA ROSARIO NUNEZ, age 26, both from Los Angeles, California. The trooper checked to determine if either individual was wanted and learned JIMENEZ was sought by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Subsequent investigation during the traffic stop led to the discovery in the vehicle of:
* Approximately 14 grams of cocaine
* Approximately 8 grams of methamphetamine
* Two loaded handguns, one of which was confirmed as stolen in the Los Angeles area
* One set of body armor
* Approximately $9,500 cash
Both persons were taken into custody and lodged in the Lane County Jail on the following charges:

* Unlawful Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine
* Unlawful Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine
* Felon in Possession of a Firearm

* A hold is also placed on this individual by Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Following a Friday morning traffic stop, Oregon State Police (OSP) arrested two individuals mexican Males ( from the mexican drug cartel?) on Interstate 5 about two miles south of Canyonville after discovering approximately 31 lbs. of cocaine concealed in their vehicle. The case and suspects have been turned over to federal authorities pending further investigation and consideration of federal charges.On February 20, 2009 at approximately 7:00 a.m. an OSP senior trooper stopped a 1998 Ford Explorer displaying a Washington license plate for following too close and a vehicle license violation.
Contact with the two occupants identified them as driver JUAN MANUEL JESUS LUCERO, age 19, from Palmdale, California, and passenger RAY GAYTAN CUADRAS, age 26, residence unknown.
Subsequent investigation during the traffic stop led to the discovery of 14 kilos, approximately 31 lbs., of cocaine concealed inside the vehicle. The seized cocaine has an estimated value of approximately $450,000.
Both suspects were taken into custody without incident for Unlawful Possession, Manufacturing, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine.
The initial investigation with the assistance of OSP Drug Enforcement Section detectives led to both suspects being turned over to Drug Enforcement Administration agents for further investigation and consideration of federal charges.
Previous significant cocaine seizures by OSP troopers during traffic stops include:
* January 19, 2008 – 31 kilos (approximately 66 lbs.) on Interstate 5 near milepost 253 with an estimated value of $900,000.
* August 20, 2008 – 30 kilos (approximately 65 lbs.) on Interstate 5 near milepost 140 with an estimated value of $900,000.
* March 4, 2008 – 20 kilos (approximately 44 lbs.) on Interstate 5 near milepost 268 with an estimated value of $600,000.
* October 19, 2007 – 21 kilos (approximately 45 lbs.) and two pounds of crystal methamphetamine with an estimated total value of $600,000.
* July 10, 2008 – 5 lbs. of cocaine on Interstate 5 near milepost 10 with an estimated value of $65,000.

Its nice to see hardworking illegal aliens mexicans are making friends with drug dealers and dealing drugs. I am sure Obama , and Wyden and Wu and Merkley will be glad to give them a pathway to citizenship. Mexican Illegals have no problem engaging in criminal behavior yet the Oregonian etc covers it all up.
On February 4, 2009 at 7:30 a.m. the listed agencies participated in the simultaneous execution of search warrants. Information developed subsequent to these investigations led to an arrest and seizure of methamphetamine and marijuana in the Portland area.
A search warrant was served at 916 NW High Street in Newport where officers contacted a 31-year old Hispanic male mexican Mostly likely illegal male who was not taken into custody but information will be referred to the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges. ( snip).
As a result of the earlier search warrants LINT members and Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m. on Yasek Loop near milepost 2 involving a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of an ounce of methamphetamine and 1,300.00 cash. ARMANDO YANEZ HERNANDEZ age 22, and JOSE LUIS HERRERA MATA, age 19, was arrested for Unlawful Delivery and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.
Also later in the day LINT members traveled to the Portland Metro area where they continued their investigation from the earlier search warrants. LINT detectives met with the HIDT Drug Task Force team who assisted in the investigation.
At 10:12 p.m a traffic stop was initiated on a 2001 Ford Windstar Van near SE 102nd Avenue and SE Foster Road in Portland. A search of the vehicle yielded 2 ounces of methamphetamine and the arrest of RUBEN OSWALDO IBARRA-BUENO, age 40. A subsequent search of IBARRA-BUENO’s residence led to the seizure of over a pound of marijuana and a firearm. He was lodged in the Multnomah County Detention Facility for Unlawful Delivery and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
The HIDTA Drug Task Force DRUG TASK FORCE (HIDT) is made up of members of the Portland Police Bureau, Oregon State Police, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
LINT is comprised of members of the Oregon State Police, Lincoln County Sheriff, Lincoln City Police Department, and the Newport Police Department along with the Lincoln County District Attorney.

The case: An Hillsboro man illegal alien mexican criminal scum accused in August of having illegal drugs and cash in his car and home has entered pleas to several charges in court. Alvario Honorio Solano-Cortez, 42, of Hillsboro , Mexican National was stopped Aug. 7 while driving along Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway near Brookwood Avenue, according to Sgt. David Thompson, spokesman for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The car contained $1,000 in cash and more than a quarter pound of methamphetamine. Authorities obtained a warrant to search Solano-Cortez’s residence and found another ounce of meth, more than a pound and a half of cocaine and $13,000 in cash. Solano-Cortez was arrested on accusations of manufacture, possession and delivery of controlled substances and a criminal forfeiture charge.
Update: On Jan. 22, Solano-Cortez pleaded guilty to three of the seven charges; the others were dismissed
